    It is cut together from an Anita Ekberg dance scene in "Screaming Mimi", 1958.
    I chose it because I wanted to mix Anita Ekberg into one of my videos, and like to mix styles, as well.

    Bought this when it first came out, mostly for THIS side not the hit. Love the 6 string bass.
    I own the baritone version of this Danelectro bass if indeed that is what he used, Sure sounds like it. If you like this try 'poor boy' by the royaltones

      Glad you like the tune. It is the 6-string bass, and Rene Hall used it often - the most famous time being the intro of La Bamba & throughout. Ernie Fields' "Teen Flip" features Rene Hall as well on that Dan-O. Poor Boy is a cool tune as well..
