This is a live build of a Sims FreePlay original house design for a modern 2-story house, using new building techniques from the Sims FreePlay Dream Homes / DIY Homes Update. This Sims FreePlay original house design has 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living/dining room, kitchen, and study. It also has an interior patio (courtyard), a pool and several balconies.

+Lindsey Skeen -- You can add a third bedroom if you make the bottom floor bigger. Rooms on an upper floor need to be fully supported by rooms on the lower floors.

+Tam Chau -- I'm sure GC is fine but as explained in the video, the original house design for this was for a Latin theme house -- which is still in my town. The version built in this video is a little different (balconies and basement, plus not Latin) and we never intended to keep it as an actual house in town.

I recreated this house in my town with a white theme and white social point windows. I love how I can now make beautiful houses on standard sized lots. It's all thanks to your awesome let's builds. Please do more let's builds.
Have you ever thought of making vids on simsFreeplay??? If you have android a great screen recorder would be A-Z Screen recorder and there should be great ones for iOS!!!.!

Hey, thanks for mentioning the fences so often. I decided to do that on a house so I took away the wizard's cottage and destroyed it. Well, I think you know the rest....oh well more wizard furnishings in inventory, not so bad yay!

I am new to your channel and since I have found your sims freeplay videos, I love watching them to get inspiration for houses in my town. I am just curious, how do you get so many life points? A lot of the nice furniture cost life points but I don't like to buy them because they are really expensive.
cooking hobby...the 1st time you complete it, it gives chopping boards the reset your collection and then when you complete it again it gives 5 lps... you can do this with any hobby

This house is just a dream, I love it, and I'm going to build it, but I do not know how you did the fence, and if you can explain in greater depth, it would be more than perfet
hila amitai The fence comes with several different pre-built houses which you can buy in the game for simoleons or LPs or SPs, such as the Designer House. Once you have bought one of those, you can get rid of it one room at a time until all you have left is an empty lot with the special fence.

In which level you get the 2nd floor,balcony etc facilities?
Level 17 unlocks the Multi Story Renovations quest AFTER you finish all other quests that come before it. You will need to also complete the Patio quest, then wait 24 hours to do the Balcony quest.

At 12:39 - how did you put the glass doors face the opposite way?
+Lyra74 Tap on the block on either side of the door. One of the sides, front or back of the door, will make it rotate, just keep trying.
