Will Zeogar I made a one storie one and it cost about 300k. It really depends on the flooring, patio, wallpapers and furniture you use. The building itself costs very little!
I absolutely LOVE this house design. I tried to do it myself but I haven't completed the Multi Story Renovations Quest yet so it's kinda hard

in The Sims FreePlay if you go to the home store in the scroll through all the stuff and then go to the free LP offers to download apps and just scrolled through those when you go back to the game it'll say you've been rewarded with 37 free LP and it happened to me and it actually worked it was really good but it only works once

I build this in my town, thank you so much. It doesn't look as good as yours though because I didn't have the double arched windows for some reason and I didn't have all the candy stuff. And I don't have all the rugs and etc, but it's great so thank you!
