    DESCRIPTION:
    Schezwan Fried Rice is an Indo Chinese dish which is very easy and quick to prepare at home.
    INGREDIENTS:
    Oil 2 tbs
    Garlic(finely chopped) ½ tsp
    Red chilly paste 1 tsp
    Vinegar 1 tsp
    Soya sauce 1 tsp
    Tomato ketchup 1 tbs
    Salt To taste
    Sugar ½ tsp
    French beans(chopped) ¼ cup
    Green bell pepper(chopped) ¼ cup
    Onions ¼ cup
    Cabbage(chopped) ¼ cup
    Green peas ¼ cup
    Carrot(chopped) ¼ cup
    Yellow bell pepper(chopped) ¼ cup
    Red bell pepper(chopped) ¼ cup
    5 Spicy powder ¼ tsp
    Basmati rice 1 cup
    Egg 1 nos
    Spring onions(chopped) ¼ cup
    METHOD:
    1. Heat oil in a pan and add garlic, red chilly paste, vinegar, soya sauce and saute it for 1 min.
    2. To it add tomato ketchup, little salt, little sugar and saute it.
    3. Add french beans, green bell pepper, onions, cabbage, green peas, carrot, yellow bell pepper, red bell pepper and saute it for 1 min.
    4. Add 5 spice powder, cooked basmati rice and mix nicely on high flame.
    5. Heat oil in a pan and add beaten egg and scramble it.
    6. Switch off flame, transfer into above rice pan later add spring onions and saute it.
    7. Now schezwan fried rice is ready to serve.
