Hi, there is a two hole for the screws or lock in the back cover, if you put the hole side at the bottom (upside down), you will need to make a new hole for the lock/screw (in video 8:08) I think it is better to create a new hole or cut a small part of the edge at the bottom.

Hi, maybe just need a little adjustment, please check if there is some loose screw, you can also adjust the screws in the adjusters in the mounting plate (center hinge).
