Him sitting in that chair exhausted and beaten, holding onto that giant trophy is such a special moment in mma history. He made me cry again embracing his girls, and yelling how blessed he was to save his elderly parents. RIP Little Hammer, you learned from your master well and saved his life. True heroes

I’d love to see a video showing highlights from all of Mark’s MMA fights. His career was really a career of epic highs and disappointing lows, but it was all very entertaining viewing nonetheless, and when viewed as a whole his career dips only served to make the highs all the more ecstatic, such as his 0-3 record on the way out of the UFC the first time, every one counting him out, only to rebound and win the Pride OW Grand Prix. The two Fedor fights, and his unbelievable UFC victory over Stephan Bonnar were also memorable career highlights to me.

That Igor Vovchanchyn winwas perfect. Coleman had been down and out after a 3 fight losing streak to end his first UFC run, capped off by a controversial decision loss to Pedro Rizzo.
He then came to PRIDE and, YES, he took a FUCKIN DIVE to Takada. Even he can't deny it, though it's surprising that he ever could lol.
He then enters the HW GP, makes it all the way to the finals, and is faced with not only defeating a man on a 37 FIGHT winning streak (you heard me)- but also having to FINISH him to win.
There was no way he was going to lose. He dominated Igor and then put him away with those monstrous knees from North/South position.
(Fujita insisting on a loss instead of a forfeit certainly helped, because he didn't have to fight him. But again, there's no way he was going to lose.).
