Dustin definitely got more polished and defined as a fighter as his career has progressed. Just like a diamond.
Definitely got better like a real fighter does.
El Diamante never had a boring fight, always pushing himself to the limits. Although he always fell short in his title bouts, Dustin showed heart and is a class human being. Not only a dog but the whole kennel... I have Dustin finishing BSD inside 3 rounds.

Everytime I'm like "wow this is a late stoppage, I wonder who the ref for this fight was" and then I see Yamasaki casually saunter in to wave the fight off my heart goes out to the fighters that got knocked out while this menace was allowed to ref 😭

Most people only remember him for the latter half of his career and clown on it, but dude was legit formidable and beat a few serious beasts in his day. He was very dangerous in the first half. Not everyone can be a superstar. Some must be footnotes. Doesn't mean I don't appreciate Johnson's work.
Dustin’s resume is probably top 5 when compared with the best ones in mma, he truly is one of the greats in the sport

Dude the speed of Michael Johnsons hands back in the day was absolutely lightning quick!
His last fight against Darrius Flowers he had some quick hands as well! Somewhat inconsistent, but alwaysss has potential to put on a championship level performance.
Dustin deserves a ton of praise for taking this fight. Not a lot of the established 155ers are taking on the young killers in the top 15
