Time-lapse construction Windsor Flood Evacuation Route by Eon-FX

www.eon-fx.com Eon-FX was engaged for time-lapse coverage of the Windsor Evacuation Route. A dual head system was employed to capture both directions and mounted on an adjactent 50m, 330,000 volt power pole. Previously cut-off in times of severe flooding, the districts of Windsor and Richmond will now have a link across the river flood plain keeping critical services mobile at all times. This link also doubles as an alternate route to Windsor Rd.
