why he is laughing always after asking a question where it is a serious question or funny question . it gives very odd vibe to this video, which is a very informative video. it is so much embarrassing. you can't take interviews like this with diplomats. it is under stable to laugh on a funny thing but in this video i think he has laughed after asking every question. really man there should be some humor sense while doing interview with these individuals who are the sea of knowledge and they are running the countries. this is like Abhishek Upmanyu laughing on his jokes but at least there is a joke.
His achievements possible only possible bcz his academic fundamentals are strong up to 12th class. After that U have to be consistent in ur study to achieve higher, if u neglect then paper back issues start , some bounce back & some give up. There are thousands stories of 90% career holder, the thing is that they think fate is in their hand, but time, situations have their own plan where no other plan workout. He must have an educated family, a good guidance from parents, school which have quality education system. If u achieve something great then it's normal, If u can't get then there is problem.
Agony is that, you will find such wisdom from person in higher position only and it is not spiral down... India will become developed only when common men can go to govt office without mobile and wallet and get their work done.
