I do my videos like this too because otherwise the editing can take forever and very few subs it makes it feel like a waste of time. This video for example:
      czcams.com/video/ZJ1SntT6lg4/video.html ,
which by the way is on health behaviour change, is 25mins and literally took me a week to edit and I tried to cram as much information in as possible so I literally speed read so those who did watch it and liked it watched it on 1/2 speed lol

My God! Your a machine!! How do retain so much info like your brain is a computer! I’m in awwwe of you! You are ridiculously knowledgeable. I now follow you and listen to your videos while I make my kids lunches etc. surprisingly I was already making a smoothie similar to the ones you suggest having had such a bad year or health last year, contracting salmonella, pneumonia and a serious flu I didn’t ever want to go down that path again! Well this year I have not been sick once.. touch wood.. lol.. but all the doc videos, health videos have opened my eyes, I feed my kids and I only healthy food and so rarely do they eat any sugar! Thanks for being so informative, I hope you reply, gosh I’d love to know all you know! How many years of study has it taken for you to be so knowledgeable, I’m guessing your whole life!! Simply amazing! :) Thank you Thank you!

makes perfect sense as krill oil is lipid soluble and has an obvious advantage in the transport of DHA. My question is how does krill oil compare to a fish oil in respect to EPA and its anti-inflammation properties?

From what I can tell, they are both useful, just perhaps for slightly different purposes.

This is very good explanation of why Krill is superior to fish oil. I've heard that it was superior before, but never understood why. Dr. Patrick explains why.

Wild Sockeye Salmon oil is rich in Astaxanthin if you can't afford Krill oil. It's still pricey, but cheaper than Krill with similar benefits.

Is there a number of how much more bio-available the EPA/DHA from krill oil is compared to fish oil?
Like 100mg DHA in krill oil would be equivalent to 500mg DHA in fish oil?

I have read that polyunsaturated fats make cells more "waterish" and decrease optimal production of ATP and do not let testosterone get fully optimally generated and are more unstable than saturated fats, thus it meaning that fish oil is a polyunsaturated fat too.
