He became my boy when he fought almost an entire fight with a broken jaw against Miranda, who might not be all that good but he can hit hard and Abraham took him the distance. He's may pick to win the tourney
I like Abraham for this tournament, providing he comes up well from middleweight. He's a high pressure fighter and i think at the very least he'll get past the group stages.

I'm slowly becoming a big fan of Arthur Abraham every since he knocked out Jermain Taylor. He said Mike Tyson inspired him so I don't think he's a racist. I have respect for him. I think he's gutsy and has knockout power just like Tommy (Hitman) Herns.
I'd like to see him against Bernard Hopkins, or Kelly Pavlik.
he is hard as fook. I want Froch to win the comp but its gonna be a scary fight between them two. I watched yhe fight when he had a broken jaw. he kept getting smacked in it n it was wobbling about when he moved. He has a good chance to win the comp. Kessler too. Abraham has the power Froch has the Endurance and Kessler has the Tech.

yeah, i thought nearly the same. I also think Abraham is a little bit too confident. I wouldn't say Dirrell is scared but it could be that he has too much respect of the "KING".

@j18201 ,I was very impressed by Ward beating Kessler. He controlled the fight in a masterful fashion. Froch,even though I like his style,is one dimensional fighter. I think Ward will decision him.

He is an German who was born in Armenian , thats it . Surely his roots are in Armenian , but he growth up in germany and becomes a German. Further he is a Christ as he says by himself .
But what ever he wants to be , he is a really good guy and a brilliant fighter .
Perhaps nit the best from the super six but the hardest . I think he wins because he´s underestimated by the other fighters ! I like this guy :-)

abraham's a monster his punches are awesome and so is his heart and chin i thinkl he will win the super 6 and ward 2nd kessler 3rd green 4th froch 5th and dirrell 6th, dirrell was unlucky against froch but if he had just engaged a bit more dirrell could have took it, well that's my opinion

If they only used MMA rules, Arthur Abraham would be the official winner, Andre Dirrell is still dazed he thinks he lost, will probable take a few days before he celebrates his victory.

As much as I like Abraham, I think this will be the hardest fight of his career. Styles make fights, and Direll has the perfect style to beat a guy like Abraham. Direll can stick and move with his much longer range and better hand and foot speed. I think Abraham will have a hard time getting inside. If Direll can stay out of trouble for 12 rounds, he will win an easy decision over Abraham.

u already know what i think about this fight. i want to do Pre-Fight Vid for this fight soon... if i can finally find some time for it. anyway, dont trust that much in dirrell's speed. speed is nothing without power and AD for sure is NOT known for his knockout power...

So you're saying Dirrell wasn't really knocked out? Because if Abraham's swinging right hand to the jaw couldn't knock out a defenseless, on the ground Dirrell, then how the hell would he knock out a moving, on his feet Dirrell that didn't even need to win the next round, and therefore didn't need to make any risky moves?

so it appears but he chased Hopkins out of the MW division not that long ago and then has only lost to top opposition. He was beating Pavlik at one point, was beating Froch and is still a smart slick boxer
No one else in there has faced such quality opposition as Taylor bar Kessler losing to Calzaghe.

Miranda is considerably slower than Direll, in fact I believe Direll has the best handspeed in the super six tournament. I can only hope that Abraham finds some way to get inside....
ppl rant on about how calzaghe retired undefeated..jones was 48-0 b4 he ever lost..lol..abraham do got a granite chin..but best of all time? id prolly give that 2 muhammed ali..look at all the big punchers he fought, frazier, foreman, shavers, liston, moore, patterson, norton etc...

Great "argument"... why did Dirrell have to pull the fight to his hometown, having one of the three refs outside of the ring and the ref inside the ring Americans ?

And dirrell knocked Abraham right in the nuts... did Abraham cry like a (Dirrell) baby? No, he stood his fight! Dirrell tried to do this twice more and the ref didn't (want to) see it.

calzaghe is 1 of the greatest 168ers..he's accomplished the most n that division..but honestly i think its bcuz of jones leaving the division goin to 175..jus like hopkins gettin so much success at MW..we all kno it cuz of jones moving up n weight..calzaghe beat and old jones but i really wasnt all 2 impressed by him gettin dropped in rd. 1 by hopkins n jones..i thought it was embarrassing if anything..he gotta the sport b4 he got 2 old tho..so smart move by him..

Arthur looks exactly like an Arab guy I know. In fact, people who follow the sport of boxing are always telling him he looks like Arthur Abraham.

dont know what height has to do with it...AA has one of the best defense of all of the six, thats a fact and for hime one punch is enough. he just waits, takes one hit after another and then uses a lil mistake for his advantage....he won the first fight which wasn't against a "hobbit" and he won it clear. he's a good boxer, he knows that he's the underdog but he's gonna win that tournament thats for sure.
Abraham is a hard hitter, but i really hope that Abraham meets Kessler. Then you will see Kessler shut Abrahams mouth.

@DerRoffler1234 who hit harder you keep thinking about the Miranda fight. Green had 80% of his colon removed I think a week later he was eating fucked up dude don't play he waited all his life for this. Ward is sharp this fight is a banger 60/40 Ward.
Interesting fight!. Dirrell had better be in the best shape of his life. I see Abraham KO him later in the fight. Dirrel could lead on points but the mental toughness of Abraham is too much.

I've met many Arabs before and they all share the exact same features as Arthur Abraham.
The only reason you strongly deny that he looks Arab is because you know what nationality he is, but if you showed his picture to someone who didn't know him and told them that this person is Arab, I guarantee you they would have no doubt that he's Arab.
