I cannot thank Rhonda enough she has helped to change my life, I am so grateful beyond words. So after following her words & advice I had three successes today; my car had ceased & was going to cost me £10.000 to repair, I left it in the garage for months not knowing what to do. I went to the garage today and they told me they have a new solution and it will only cost £1500…win!! Next one of rental houses rented out easily & quickly. That includes having this channel, being in a management role, having the people who actually care about me for who I am, freelance gigs, being an ambassador in a creative community and now I'm also planning on honing my public speaking skills through joining a toastmaster club and these all happened in 2023. It started with writing them all down on a piece of paper. A paper that serves as a reminder for me to go after what I want even through hard times. Hi miss Ronda I just ordered your book I been watching you a lot lately and I had question you talk about welcome negative feelings what if you need cry can that mess up your manifestion if you allow yourself to cry?
How do I start fresh if the negative thoughts are triggered by a family relative, who i come across once or twice a year, and then I get all the negative emotions and thoughts which stay for months. How do I get rid of these thoughts? Should I just avoid this person fully?
I have a sense of hopelessness due to the years i lost to depression and anxiety. I feel like there’s no point even if i worked on those patterns now. Is this common?
Don’t give up! It’s the depression that’s making you feel hopeless. I realize you posted this a few months ago, but I just want to say I understand. It’s never too late to feel good! And when you feel good, you won’t be thinking about time missed. I understand because I spent 10 years with regrets. And if I could come out of it, I’m sure you can too. I slip back sometimes, but I recover quickly. We can both live our best lives now!
I experienced this for over 30 years. It's called living in the past, the heaviness of the pain you suffered is weighing you down. Work on opening your heart, it's likely closed. Meditate..guided is best until you can do it in silence. Meditation gives you a neutral space and time out from sadness and depression and resets your subconscious. Practice gratitude until you feel grateful. Forgive, practice Ho'oponopono for forgiveness. Be around only living, supportive and positive people. Discipline yourself in practices of self-love and care. It will come ❤
