The tundra episode was shot twice, it was originally the pilot with Richard Ayode (I think that's how you spell it) playing Bainbridge, a lot of that footage is here. There are probbaly a few deleted scenes scattered in here as well

i think when actors are trying to get scenes out they try really hard not to laugh when something goes wrong bc then it’ll never not be funny to them. so sometimes it can come across as being annoyed when they’re actually just trying to keep it together. ricky gervais is an example of someone who doesn’t do this and so scenes end up taking forever to film lol
