Great tour! I once stayed in a Royal Suite with a MASSIVE 300sq. ft balcony. But the cost was huge. VS this economical solo cabin with plenty of balcony space. Congrats on your recent IG success & of course, this great channel. I love cruising, so I'll be watching all your videos 👍🏼

Great size rooms for one, no couch but not needed when you have a balcony to your self like that.
I just booked a solo inside virtual view. On ovation for Christmas 24, if only I could afford one of these. But to be honest they are already all sold out 12 months in advance.

Very nice! I'm scheduled to be on the Quantum in September, and booked an ocean view cabin. I'd definitely do a solo studio balcony cabin in the future!

You will enjoy the Oceanview cabin, as long as you can see outside any of those rooms are good :) I think the solo studio balcony is great to try if you'd like to take a vacation either solo or even with a friend and have your own space and bathroom, it totally worked out nicely for my mom and I in separate rooms but side by side! Hi JT - great room tour! I read your reply to Pam and it made me wonder, can any balcony wall be opened if you know your neighbor or is it limited by the type of room? That is a great feature and the size of those balconies is amazing!!!
Thanks for watching, TB! Most rooms that have balconies and are side-by-side can have the divider be opened as long as you know your neighbor. However there are a few balcony rooms out there on certain ships that while they are side by side, do not have the ability to have the divider opened, simply because that is the way they were designed, not to be opened based on where they are located on the ship. I wish I had more details than that but majority of the time, you should be good to go. Hopefully that helps :)

@@TB-zs5vr It is a neat feature for sure! In December when my family and I go on Symphony of the Seas, we have side-by-side-by-side balcony rooms. Balcony partaay! :D

Hi Stephen, the solo balcony rooms usually sell out quick, so there were likely none available on the sailing you were looking at.

How do you book Solo Studio Oceanview Balcony Room?
Hi there, you can book it directly on RoyalCaribbean.com if you are going on a ship that has this type of room. Quantum-class ships have this type of room (Quantum, Ovation, Anthem, Odyssey, and Spectrum). Hope that helps! You can also ask your travel agent for assistance!

Got it! The balcony is actually closed off by default. I only requested it be open since my mom was in the room next door and this gave us easier access to hangout on the bigger balcony! The divider is only opened if you request it to the room steward and you know the person staying next door :)
