$450 for 45 gel polishes is actually a really good price for decent polish. Comes out to $10 each which is less than a lot of other brands and that doesn't even account for the super cute packaging.
Agreed and when they sell a single polish for $15 your getting a savings per bottle of polish and if you buy each of the ombre sets separately from the site they are $60 each so buying them all as a bundle saves money in comparison to buying each set separately
Good way to break it down
This sets looks worth formal, themes , colors represented the different countries . As well the package details. The green went with your shirt. You good job reviewing the product. As usual. You're such an inspiration .

Holland is known for growing tulips so yes! Definitely a flower country. They grow and export very pretty flowers.

Poppy is definitely more a reference to the UK. Holland’s color is Orange, would have made more sense than pink but it’s pretty. There’s a famous park here that grows tulips and lots of flowers, it’s a big tourist attraction. Tulips are from Turkey but Holland is famous for the tulips. Oh and ‘herbs’ and the red light district in Amsterdam..I think they chose pink to avoid the spicy reference
Love the pink light district as well hahaha dutchies know why🤪🤪 we have a red light district in the netherlands 😂 so makes sense that its more red than pink

Since you want to work on nail art, you should do a series where you create nail art inspired by the different cities/countries and ONLY using the colors from that set. It’s a nice challenge and I would really love to see what you come up with.

Great idea
with darker colours, they're typically going to be a slightly different, thinner formula so that they are able to cure all the way through. you are meant to build up the colour slowly with a second coat, and are tacky for this reason (dispersion layer). also, hell yeah to another longer video. feel like I'm spending my saturday morning with you 🥺

Before I even finish the video I just want to say thank you! I ordered some patty gels for the first time and the bottle of clear maybe had not been filled properly by the manufacturer. I emailed to send the product back and buy a replacement bottle. I expected to receive an email asking for a picture of the bottle and return instructions, but instead, there was a new, non-defective bottle at my door a day later. I am used to having to jump through so many hoops when returning items purchased online. Thank you for making things so easy. I look forward to my first polyel experience.

Evie could you please do a amazon series for the gel brands!! Beetles, ameili, Gaoy, makkarrt, theres so many! And maybe the different types like creamy ones, syrupy ones, cat eye ones, it would be so much fun and more affordable for all of the ppl learning to do gel 😂😂 these are amazing as well the luxury brands are so entertaining to watch!🫶🏼

I'm from Belgium, living in The Netherlands. Yes a lot of people call it Holland but Holland are two provinces in The Netherlands (north and south). Yes The Netherlands famous for their tulips. The flowers farm is one of the main attraction for tourist from all over the world. At first I thought it's a tacky touristic place to visit, then I finally went there and I can say it was beautiful 😊

I feel like this purchase was worth the buy since they come out to about $10 a bottle and I know when I go into my local beauty supply store the polish can be $10 and up per bottle. That French nail polish brush is cool, never seen that before. You are totally right, the consistency does look like the Korean gels, the smoothness had me mesmerized when you were swatching. I'm a sucker for a pretty whimsical names to polish colors. Holland or "Netherlands" is known as the land of tulips, so I guess it is known for it's flowers. This was another relaxing video, thanks for showing us all these colors, always an amazing job👍

Hiya! Im born and raised in Amsterdam, Holland. We are known for (bulbous)flowers (not 100% rightfully so). There are alot of flower markets and there is the Keukenhof. An annual event where they grow allll type of flowers: its a sight to see and very popular with tourists. We’re known best for tulips even tho they originate from Turkey. Yay colonialism I guess.

Hey Evie, I think you should consider getting few of those LED/UV gloves since you use the nail lamp so often. I’ve been seeing alot of studies on the lamp and idk whether the stories are true or not but it’s better to be safe than sorry. Hope you take this comment into consideration, I’m a very big fan of your channel and I’m always looking out for something new from you.

I have these gloves. They are a bit of a pain, but yes the lamps are just like exposure to the sun. The more you use the lamps, the more careful people should be. I've seen a few peoplev use sunscreen on the top of their hands instead of gloves.
I read a article that stated the lamp cause cancer 😬😲😳 I was like omgoodness..... No!😁😂
This is ridiculous! They need to just ban the uv/led system.. Cuz NOT even the flash light is safe!

There's either light or dark, hardly anything in between. Reds or pinks have all the shades.

I knew Apres had gel polishes, but I never thought anything of them - girl you had me running to their website to start adding them to my list 😂😂 I didnt know the quality of them was so high!! Especially after trying Korean nail polish, I'm a bit pickier about what gel polish I buy, but I'm definitely going to have to try some of these Apres kits out 😍

Evie, have you ever tried igel beauty? They have gel polish as well as acrylic I think. The gel is a little more expensive than Amazon brands but still very affordable (like $4ish a bottle) as they do 60-70% off all the time. The quality is leaps and bounds above the random Amazon sets! If you ever plan on trying some more affordable brands I think that would be a good one even for people with a smaller budget.

At $10 each, this polish is very reasonable. I went to their site and even to buy just one city, they are still less than $13. For gel, I consider this pretty reasonable. Obv these are not Amazon gel quality.

holland/the netherlands are known for their tulips!!! at the end of the 2nd world war they actually bred a different breed of tulip for the canadians because they came in and saved the day.

With the math it evens out to a little over $10 a bottle. So I think that's definitely a discount considering the ones from Japan are $20 a bottle. Might have to try these out. Love watching you try new nail polishes, I don't even paint my nails but there is something with watching you do it that is so relaxing. Plus you are absolutely adorable and your husband reminds me so much of my one best friend. You two are soo cute together.

This would actually be good for drawings as well. I notice that apre has gel paint consistency which are really good for drawings since they’re thicker. For $10 a polish, that’s really really good.
The first Apres polish I tried was one of these too. I like the extend gel and base and topcoat so I tried it. It is very thick so I had a bid of a learning curve hahaha. I got the blue set.

I purchased this polish about three years ago at Beauty Show, and I am in love. The coats are really a one coat application and the white is super white. The best for French. And the angle of the brush y’all, you just have to try it. There are no words to express how that angle helps you plus the brush is flat. Somebody please start knocking on Opi‘s door and tell them to get with the program. I’m ready to throw away all my OPI polish is 20 years ago for that reason.

I have all of the Apres full Gel Polish Collections, all of them are Absolutely Amazing! I Love how the bottles match the gel inside. They look Beautiful on my shelves, my clients Love them as well, they are easy to work with, the brushes are amazing, I wish all gel Polish bottles had the new brushes that Apres had in their new 100 Polish collections, they are thin and and you can get tight to the cuticle and sidewalls without flooding, they wear well without chipping. I Love your design you did on the Star Cut Out Tips, I’ve not bought any of the cut out tips, I had the concerns of losing the shape when polishing over so thanks for showing the tip using the micro swabs to clean underneath so you don’t lose the shape. ❤️
