Chef Dustin looks very cool, love the hat. I am not usually a recipe person but I look forward to trying the simpler ones for special occasions. I have pre-ordered the book and look forward to receiving it, I have all Dr Barnard's books and I trust this one will be 100% oil free based on this presentation. I have been WFPB oil & sugar-free for 4 years and I am slim and healthy, life is very very stressful but I can cope better because i feel and look so much better. This way of eating has literally been a lifesaver for me as I was so depressed, I even considered suicide. I never thought I could overcome my binge-eating which I started age 12 but I did, and easily, at age 54 and now at 58 I feel secure, I can trust myself and be certain that I will never put the weight back on or go back to disordered discomfort eating. I want to wish everybody well, especially those who are watching this and feeling that they can't lose weight. You can, just give this way of eating a try for at least 10-14 days, don't bring junk into the house and just eat the whole plant food till you are full of the goodness.

This is what I adore about WFPB cooking: everything goes together. You can create so many new combinations of flavors and they all taste amazing! This is my third(and most successful) time going WFPB. I'm not totally sure what's different this time (perhaps it's my hx of ovarian cancer at 38 and just the overall deterioration of my health). I'm now 45 and want to take control of my health. Thanks for all you do

What about rice? Are there recipes with rice?
Eating OMAD, which inc much higher fat content than what is recommended and moderate carbs and protein helped me lose 18 kgs / 39 lbs, which was mostly FAT which was what I wanted, not losing weight for 'weight sake'
It was not plant based, NOT EVEN CLOSE, but if YOU thrive eating that way then great.
Just find what works BEST for YOU.

Major oxalate overload w these foods. This will give me bad autoimmune arthritis carpal tunnel wrists bad vision hot flashes - what about clean low irritant plant based? ❤
