Anyone got an old stock MWS trigger box they're willing to offload? Just need the box itself. I am currently trying to design a true two-stage trigger group (like the Geissele SSF) for the MWS because the stock trigger box is a terrible design. It's not true AR-style single-stage (try as I might, couldn't get the Guns Modify "direct mode" to work), and it's not two-stage either. It's a pretty awful stock trigger until you clean up the engagement surfaces and drop in an adjustable sear & trigger. But that's ignoring the weak trigger reset, which is a *major* design flaw: Marui introduced more friction into the pull and removed the forward protrusion from the trigger that would actually allow a stronger return spring to be fitted to the front of the trigger box where it will actually fit (there's little to no room in the rear with the safety lever crossbolt, semiauto sear and autosear). The aftermarket replacements aren't much better: most don't address the flaws in the TM design, simply replacing pot metal components with steel, which might improve reliability but does little to improve the trigger pull. The weak trigger reset means polishing internals, and keeping it well-lubricated is essential. Otherwise, you get failure to reset and all sorts of issues with semi-auto.
No, in video that trigger box is only compatible with mcx , but the they have release a trigger box for mws, you can check it out on the toxicant website.

I have been looking at this new trigger box, its not cheap and really happy with the original, and I do like the flat trigger.
I believe the Purple ones are more expensive as they come pre tuned and the black ones are not for you to do yourself (And are cheaper)

Considering the fact the DE Noveske N4 is basically an MWS clone, I'd assume this trigger box would be compatible with it, right?

Completely depends on what you want, more realism? Go APFG, a MWS platform? Go the other two
