One of the best so far. I wasn’t surprised when he started his conversation from his childhood. If you can watch docuseries of some of the greatest in the world they mostly have a great foundation. Beyoncé, Kobe Bryant, Micheal Jordan, Obama (his mom & step dad dotted on him) and many more. Even in my own circle peers with these are flying. This confidence is innate. It’s a sense of worth having a loving home can give you, a home where you feel worthy regardless of who you are. As an adult, it’s a lot of work to build as it’s difficult shutting down the voices of criticisms, shame and sometimes poverty. If you want to have a child or if you already do, use this as the push you need to build them. As they both said, you can’t give what you don’t have. So you have to do the work, you have to heal.
P.S: Swanky is now my friend in my head….lol. Well done Toke.

I must say a big kudos to his parents for not forcing him to do what they want him to do. For just being there regardless and that’s what anyone needs to be confidence and self assured in life. With that feeling, one is untouchable and anything is possible! When you are not forced to do what you don’t want to do and not constantly being reminded of your failures. A lot of parent needs to learn from this. I say well done to his beautiful parents👍🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾 they have done well. What a great legacy!
