In this video I shared a natural homemade scrub that will help to get rid of cellulite naturally and fast.
Cellulite is normal fat beneath the skin. The fat causes the skin to have dimples, look lumpy and bumpy. It is most noticeable on the buttocks thighs belly and even the arms. You can get rid of it by using this scrub.

I have never see anyone saying I have tried it and it works
I tried it. I did dry brushing+this scrub+ drinking a lot of water. I saw results after 3 weeks. One day dry brushing, other day-this scrub and so on.. Still not perfect but it is getting better.

Good evening, can coffee grounds from prepared coffee be used instead of fresh coffee beans.

Part of my Lent celebration, I decide that I was going to work on ME. I tried this for the first time last night. OMG..my thighs and butt feel like a baby's butt. This has been the smoothest I have ever felt my thighs even after shaving. I cannot wait to see the results of the cellulite reduction after a week..I will re-post.
