    I've been on faire about 18 months and have never had an order or inquiry, I only have one retail customer the rest of my customers are end users. so how do I get in front of retailers on faire? I feel like I'm not being viewed so how do I get viewed?

    Question. Do you recommend having a variety of products to sell ie jewelry clothes, bags etc. or just focus on a single theme such as baby items and accessories?

    Thanks for this great information. How are you capturing the store's email addresses. I don't see where they have an email on my packaging slip.

    Thank you for your tips. I just got my shop set up last week and was feeling a bit lost. This really help. I am doing the Summer Market and was going to offer 10% is that too much?
    Thank you so much!

      I’m participating in the market and I don’t think 10% is a lot because Faire is going to match your discount.

    Is there a way to get more views? When I first join I had a 100+ views/day (I think because they were promoting me as a new shop) but after about a month, my views dropped to like 10views/day. Does Faire have seo or tags I should be using?

      @concreteandcopperco4666  Před 2 lety +3

      Great question. We have experiences a slow down over the last month too. Due to tax season and inflation. But a few things to try: Make sure all of your listings have at least 300 characters in the description. Make sure you have plenty of good photos on each listing. Maybe double check your pricing. (make sure you are making money of course!) Maybe run a small sale like 5% off. That could give you some info on pricing. Send out an email campaign to encourage people to buy from you. I would include not only your product but a bit about you and how you started. If you can make a personal connection with buyers they are more likely to purchase from you. I hope that helps!

    Hi, My account got closed during the verification process. I don’t the know the root cause of my suspension. I have opened multiple cases in their help center, but no response. Do you is there any other way to contact their customer support by email or phone?

    Hi, this is Piyush. I am from India, I am selling on Faire. And have received orders over $2500 within a week. But unable to receive the payment, they required US bank account & routing number. My bank gave me the same, but they don't support that. Is there any alternative way in which I can receive my payments?

      I know I'm super late, but I'm from Canada so I use a company called wise. It's a company that pretty much gives you a US bank account to accept your Faire payments, from there you can transfer the money to your local bank account or keep it there to pay suppliers etc. I hope this is helpful to you or someone else.
