Wow, what a beautiful course and Congrats Elisha on the 9th hole what a shot!!
If we're going by R&A/USGA rules, that is a 3. But since I find mini-golf holes not be set as deeply as proper golf holes (and leading to bounce-outs like those), I would have no problem calling that a 2.
Been a few years, but, this seems to come up every so often, especially with shallow holes. No matter how you count it, just be consistent within the game. If it pops out and gets counted as being in, make that the same for everyone else. Consistency is the main concern. Since you have your own set of rules, you could make it consistent for all played courses.
They are different, but you both have really great smiles, which often appear! Got to watch.

I'm glad none of the courses in Denver have those shallow plastic holes with a 45 degree angle at the bottom. Those pop the balls right back out, like Elisha's on hole 10. If that was the metal insert the ball would have stayed in the first time.

A mini course I think you both would have had a blast at is a former Splash (before it changed too Bullwinkles) in Cascade, MI. First hole was up a pair of 45 degree, 3 foot inclines! I gave the ball a little too much power and launched it off the first hill and up too second green!

Yo, Brooks, me and my mom went to Bonanza Golf last January on vacation, I got two Holes in One on Holes 6 and 9 on the Gold Nugget Course and Mom got robbed of a Hole in One on Hole 9, but she got two Holes in One on the Prospector Course, over all it was fun.

Play the other side. Hopefully the holes are deeper on that side. The shallow holes is what added to the number of strokes.

Brooks got it right happy wife/girlfriend happy life. Make your ladies happy guys speaking as a girl you don't have to buy expensive gifts or take her on trips just treat her right. You know if she is stay at home type of person she does lot for you so give her back rub form time to time or rub her feet. If she cooks offer to do the dishes or if you have washer put them in there. Just little things like that make all the difference.
And he got a kiss on hole number 5 right after saying that too

PPGA acquiesces to the rules of the USGA
A ball is "holed" when it is at rest within the circumference of the hole and all of it is below the level of the lip of the hole.
Popping back out, it may have traveled within the circumference of the hole, and even dipped below the lip; but it did not come to rest below the lip. The hole is not finished. One stroke in - plus one to hole back out = 2 strokes. The only exception is if the ball pops back out onto an incline and rolls back into the hole of its own volition, without having to be struck with the club again. In such case, stroke in is the only stroke counted.
A 3 for Brooks on Hole #6 is the correct stroke count.
Brooks I've played on that same exact corse and got a hole in one on the first hole!
You might want to consider adding a rating for the courses that you play. For example, given how much you talked about liking this course, the rating could be something like "5 putters". There was a course that you played that was around alligators and made the comment that they were rebuilding and that that was expensive, maybe that course would have only earned "1 putter".
I have been there before a few years ago i loved it and brooks will win
brook you're going to catch up despite bad luck but you are very good at mini putt having fun that counts the ball that withdraws and that goes out twice for alisha and 1 time the ball that goes in and out for brook wow super magic

Krazy, this video popped up in my feed from 6 years ago and I had already liked it therefore I must have seen it.
I hope you two look back upon these videos and see just how much your lives have changed, but the mini golf has remained the same other than bhv rules of course.
Its a wild trip being able to look back at these older videos and see how we've changed over time. Its almost like an ever-growing time capsule, with a lot of mini golf haha

Paused at 8:21 to offer my thoughts. I noticed early on that the holes are very tight on this course. They are shallower and seem to be smaller than normal. That's what makes this a very difficult course, in addition to the length of the course. But in this case, I would have to say that given the above observations, this should've counted as a 2, not a 3. Any other hole type, this ball would've stayed in.

Is there a official rule about order of play. When I played at a “Putt-Putt” in Columbus, Ohio the owner had a sign…First player must finish the hole before the second player starts.?

The rule of mini golf is that if the ball hits the bottom of the cup, the hole is complete
Love Elisha's pure joy on her hole-in-1 on hole 9.🤩 Think I saw this one before, but well worth watching again.😘 Do not understand anyone installing shallow holes and especially not those metal rimmed things, which too often are badly installed to high on one side (hence the violent pounding some have suffered as shown in you vids).😤 Why do they spend so much money building a beautiful course and then cheap out on proper holes?🤔

It's to do with the whole shallowness of the holes and the angles, so I'd give it a 2. Not a 3
