I'm working with magnetho rheological fluid and was searching for a good video to explain it to my friends. This video is really nice.

why didn't they go down the same road in the tests to keep it a controlled experiment? In the first test with standard shocks they travel down the far right lane and in the second test with MR fluid they travel down the middle lane..

"Twice as fast is twice as hard?" By that definition air is a non-newtonian fluid. Shouldn't he have said, twice as forceful results in twice as much resistance?

+K.H. Weiss If you inspect the equation for drag, you can see that for a given object's cross section. The resistance force is proportional to the square of velocity. So to be more scientifically accurate, you should say "Twice as fast is quadruple as hard? or three times as fast is 9X as hard?" and so forth.

he should not have said twice as fast twice as hard. but 4x

Are the magneto rheological brakes being used in an automobile

      NO, not Brakes .
MR can ONLY be used in Shock Absorbers.
MR shocks can be Installed in cars.

Why are both vehicles driven on two different paths? - why not actually drive it on the same path for equal condition comparison??
