You're not going to get bigger lips by massaging them lmfao that's like saying you're changing the size of a body part by just rubbing it. You cavy change the shape or size of your lips this way. It's impossible

Been doing this for about a week or so and it really works! I do it a few times everyday and moisturize my lips afterwards with chapstick or avocado oil. There has been a noticable difference in my lip size. Would recommend! :)
Y’all want to know why this works…just like any place on the body if you consistently massage fat to a certain place IT WILL MOVE so yes this works over time. You will have to continue doing it though. That’s why people get butt lifts with massaging methods. Works the same anywhere on your body.

I’m a light smoker and got smaller lips then I decided to try this for straight 3 weeks!
I can honestly say these exercises work wonderfully. Since its pandemic and I have all the time in the world, I do this mostly twice a day but sometimes I go on thrice.
And whenever I perform these steps, I apply sunflower oil onto my lips! Now my lips are fuller and tad wider plus they became lighter now having the natural shade of red! Try it fellas 💋

I have this massage for a week at the beginning and it actually help 50/50. why 50/50? when I'm not smiling, my lips still look normal size, but when I smile, here comes the magic! I have misaligned teeth so whenever I smiled, my gum would show up. but since I did this massage, my lips are totally flipped, my gum no longer showing when I smile widely ❤❤ really love this! now, I only do this massage once a week ❤❤
Please make sure to wash your hands thoroughly before doing this. Especially now with everything going on

Tysm, this actually worked! I've literally only done this once because i have NO motivation to do anything, and it still worked! It made my lips look more pink/red and look more bigger! When I did this I already saw my lips growing in like 1-2 days! ❤️❤️

@@alegriart what a silly comment. Some people are so bitter and cynical these days. Of course if you have thin lips, you won't have Angelina Jolie's ones after such exercises. They are for slightly pumping them up and getting the blod circulation work better.
Second thing, Basia has been having a polish channel for 7 years now, and I have been watching her since almost the beginning. She has always been very interested in anti ageing. Trust me at 1 56 i have had that as a habit when i was a teenage n my upper lip is bigger than my lower lip now.. its just a childish thing at that time.. but it works. This is permanent to me but i guess it will take time

Plz double chin exercises, and check defining🙏
Step 1 : Warm up
Step 2 : Stretch your mouth by placing index fingers
Step 3: Push fingertips on areas above and below lips
Step 4: Flip your lips using your thumb and index fingers
Step 5: Pinch your upper and lower lip using thumb and index finger
Step 6: pinch sides and middle of lip
Actually been doing this out of boredom and now started doing it daily

Omg it worked a few seconds after!! My lips are just normal the same size but my top lip doesn’t go up much and after doing it they both look tinted and definitely more up! Didn’t expect this to work!

I was standing in front of my mirror and I was thinking my lips are so small so I went to this CZcams video after doing this for 2 times my lips are so much plumper I’m gonna do it everyday now

Okay so I was scrolling through the comments to see if it works (like you are most likely) but I couldn't find anything so I'll do it myself and update it! Also before I start this work out I apply a diy scrab (don't know if I wrote that correctly) that I made with 2 spoons of sugar and 2 spoons of olive oil and let for 5 minutes. then with a paper towel scrab it until all the sugar and oil is gone (don't use water, it won't work as well. ) also I'll do this only for a week
Today I did Day 1. After I put the diy scrab in my lips I did the work out and my lips actually look different! I think it works but I'll update tomorrow (I might forget but I'll try my best to update).
Day 2: Did the whole routine again. I can see a change but it's not that big
Day 3: didn't so much of a change
Day 4: same as day 2. Did some change but not too much.
K so basically your lips will get used to the same exercise and stop showing anything new so be sure to change vids with other work outs for lips bcs after day 4 I stopped having changes

Lips are a muscle so yes you can grow them and it takes about a month for more permanent results :)

Have you tried practicing a smile that covers the gums? It's all about consciously relaxing your leviator labii superioris.
