I started bramhacharya when i was 17 years old ... almost 1 year has passed ... believe me it is the best life i am leading now .... my focus and concentration on studies has increased way more ... i am currently amongst the top 3 in my college ... my physical and mental health has improved and i am very calm about taking descisions .

My look on this is, all a person basically does their whole life is move things around in gravity. Any change in the mind is just a change upon how gravity is reacting to the way you are sensing it.
So why not learn how to move gravity in your favor?
