You pretty much got the "spear of blind determination" quote figured out.. basically Zeff is saying Luffy is unstoppable because he is so determined. Zeff is saying Sanji could be unstoppable, and used to be.. but now he is holding back that spear of blind determination for a stupid reason. That reason being feeling indebted to Zeff for saving his life, so instead of going for his dream he is cooking in a restaurant. Kinda relatable haha
@@CyborgSSJwow thats rare! usually people hate ussop because he isnt the typical shonen brave character.. personally i love him too he is very relatable and the most realistic guy on the crew for sure..
