depends on the area, and since mostly interviews take place in metropolitan areas you wont get the real picture, for example islanders have their own specific traditional music, or cretans for example, or ipirotes (from epirus prefecture) etc etc
however teenagers are the same all over the globe, following he trend

As a Canadian who lived in Greece I will attest that Greeks, if they know you can be quite warm and friendly, but otherwise keep their distance with strangers. I live here in America now and can be quite shocked sometimes how Americans cross the personal space with casual acquaintances or even total strangers. My favorite people in this regard has to be the Finns and Swedes, icy cold and reserved.
When Easy Greek uploads, I know it's gonna be a good night (local time).

@@EasyGreekVideos Well, I like the violin and piano (I play both - violin grade 8 and piano grade 5). But I wanna learn the trumpet the most because I like how powerful it sounds. Have you ever played anything and did you enjoy it?

I wish the interviewer would stop using the English word "OK". The Greek word εντάξει is a wonderful word and Greeks should use it.
You don't really use εντάξει in the same way though as a way to show you're following what's being said.

Εντάξει is more like "Understood" or "Roger", a much weightier word and is weird to use in place of "ok". "Ok" is fully integrated in Greek and commonly used by everyone, policing people's language is frankly off-putting.
@@akkimylo3286 First point re use of 'ok', understood. As for "policing" people's language, it's not like that. I'm a native English speaker and I hate seeing other, beautiful, languages losing their words in exchange for English words that are in no way superior. It so happens that there are many native Greek speakers who feel the same way about the flood of English entering the language. In any case, easygreek didn't really need you to ride to the rescue. They had already answered and I had already thanked them before you poked your nose in.
I want to know where in Athens is the "Red Light District" so I can really make my visit more memorable!

Of course we do. To the point that westerners find it very weird. I personally hug all male and female friends.

Εμένα αυτό που με κάνει να γελάω από την μια αλλά με στεναχωρεί από την άλλη είναι ότι προσπαθούμε να μιμηθούμε όλους τους άλλους εκτός από το να είμαστε ο εαυτός μας.Χωνουμε όπου μπορούμε αγγλικά και στο τέλος ξεχνάμε την ίδια μας την γλώσσα.Fan, private space, bubble και πάει λέγοντας λες και είμαστε όλοι Έλληνοαμερικανοι .Η αμερικανοποιηση δεν είναι μόνο στο CZcams αλλά στους ανθρώπους και είναι πολύ χειρότερο.
@@basicinfo8786 Δεν καταλαβαίνω τι το αμερικάνικο έχει το θέμα της εκπομπής. Για την ακρίβεια, εμπνεύστηκα από χώρες της Άπω Ανατολής όπου ο προσωπικός χώρος, η "φούσκα", είναι πολύ διαφορετική. Και αναρωτήθηκα: πώς αντιλαμβανόμαστε τον προσωπικό χώρο στην Ελλάδα;
Αυτές οι λίγες αγγλικές λέξεις δεν είναι τίποτα μπροστά στο dragons den 😂😂
