- In adding Damien Martinez, Miami might have their first 1,000 yard rusher since Mark Walton back in 2016. Martinez rushed for 1,185 yards and nine touchdowns last season with Oregon State. He chose Miami over Tennessee, Kentucky, Mississippi State, and Arizona. Martinez can team up with Cam Ward to help create one of the most dynamic offenses in America. The Hurricanes also added standout wide receiver Sam Brown from the Houston Cougars.

I’m a music nerd so I’ll make this comparison: improvisation can seem like a very wide open and confusing topic, but it’s about understanding the tools you have to do so and how you can weave them together. Cam Ward clearly does have some ball security issues. We saw maybe one too many shovel passes at the spring game. He’s obviously been coached to protect the ball before, and that’s going to continue under a much improved offensive line. With a little more security in the backfield, Cam will have more time to file through some techniques if he has to scramble or shift in the pocket. The best thing about cam is his vision. He’s always trying to get the ball downfield and he’ll take a checkdown or kneel or get rid of the ball to avoid game changing mistakes. As cam acclimates Dawsons offense (as well as Dawson getting cams feedback on the scheme and calls) will give him plenty of security in many ways

Yep, LT was very lazy. Coming out HS he was a 5* DT one of the best in the country at his position. He then comes to MIAMI, and did the bare minimum. I had high hopes for LT, only for him to play half ass. Nesta Silvera even got drafted last year. LT definitely can't afford to take no plays off in practice and pre season games if he wants to make the JETS TEAM!

Bain won ACC freshman defensive player of the year,Mesidor will be back from injury,Clark transferred from NC State as a starter,Cook transferred DT 6’2”300 lbs,LB Alderman transferred from Louisville starter,Horton 6’5” 330 DT,probably getting Barrow& Harmon at DT both starters. Scott 5 ⭐️ and Blount 5⭐️ DTs ,Lightfoot ,Jones, all coming in the fall. Corners are the weakest area right this minute and they will be addressed in the portal. Do some research before commenting on a team you know nothing about.

The 10th pick or so in the draft was an Oregon St OLineman. Don't know if they were better than UM, but they were good.
Didn't we allow ONLY 13 sacks last year and rush for 2251yds with 5.1ypc? Our QB was such a serious problem. I have no idea how we won 7 games ( really 8 ). Fletcher had 84.9 PFF grade. We have two NFL OTs, an NFL RG, an experienced C, and a 5 🌟 LT/LG that is too good to sit. Last year, our QB was our downfall. The upgrade from TVD, who looked like he didn't care, to Ward is one of the most impactful changes in all of college football. The country will see what we all did. We have a top roster in the NCAA!!
