Anyone missing oatmeal? I had to completely cut it out bc of blood sugar issues. I found this oatmeal replacement on YT. Can’t remember specific channel. Sorry. So here goes…
    1 tbsp chia seeds
    1 tbsp hemp hearts
    1 tbsp flaxseeds
    1/2 scoop protein powder
    1 tbsp almond flour
    Handful of blueberries
1/2 cup full fat Greek yogurt
8 ounces milk of choice. I use almond.
    Stevia (optional)
I absolutely love it! Hope that helps someone.

I’m nearly 53 and have Complex Regional Pain Syndrome from an accident almost a decade ago. I also have fibromyalgia and central sensitization. I’d been doing all these good things and it helped me lower inflammation and pain. Then life got rough and I slid back into bad habits over a couple years. Now I’m in terrible health and terrible pain. However, I was blessed to find your videos and am going back to the healthy ways you reminded me of (plus plenty of new things that are fascinating).
Thank you for your instructional, thorough, and truly interesting videos. I appreciate you sharing your vast knowledge and experience, for free, to get women started on the road to the best health, especially in menopause. Your videos are not “too long.” It’s like taking a college course online where one can pause and take notes or even break it down into smaller bits to fit ones availability. Don’t change a thing. 🙂

I have found u & I can’t stop watching u! Yr fantastic! So so amazing! I’m also a Mom who just turned 54. I eat super healthy as u explain. But, I’m learning more & more from u. I need to add in the 25 min 5 days a wk of cardio aerobic exercise n get my heart rate up to 120 beats per min. Plus , I too have cancer n other who horrid diseases that run in my family. I’ve lost both my Mother & Father who I was this Caregiver for until they each passed. Plus, I’ve accomplished so much more on my life. U fascinate me! I’m following u on TikTok n on FB, as well! I cannot wait until yr book comes out! I’m so thrilled about how u go in-depth about nutrition n talk about it being about “Health & Weight Loss.” Yr an amazing person! I feel so luck today have found u on Utube! Ty for this outstanding video I have pages of notes & screenshots of yr supplements! I do take most of them already but not all. I’m going to download yr tracker app “Cronometer” sounds amazing! I ty again for going in depth about belly fat in our menopause yrs. It’s extremely frustrating to lose it which I have never ever had before. Just eating healthy is not enough I must introduce the exercise as u have stated which I did in my teens n 20’s n 30’s n most of my early 40’s then tons of stress n my Mother’s Alzheimer’s but I put myself last in the “back burner” n I suffered tremendously health wise. So now in the last 5 yrs I’m trying to get back on track n take of myself. I had a lot of “health issues.” But like u mentioned - I DO NOT want to be unhealthy for the rest of my life! I adored my daughters & I want to live a long healthy life! So ty again! I can’t wait to join! ❤️❤️

Things I need to improve upon (eat more protein at each and every meal plus foods like sauerkraut, sour pickles & yogurt or at least use probiotics. I also need to start practicing intermittent fasting. I especially need to stop eating/drinking more than 25 added grams of sugar).

Great information I live all of your supplements and recipes. Do you take the fiber and collagen when you break your fast on an empty stomach?
Can you also mix creatine with the fiber and collagen??

Hello, I love love your videos. Can you tell me if Hylauronic acid causes cancer? I have watched several doctors who suggest that long term use of Hylauronic acid causes cancer, and this supplement also feeds cancer. Specifically pancreatic. However, our body does make this substance, but im reading it feeds and metastisizes cancer. Can you confirm or deny please?

Are ground flax seeds as good as chia? I don't love the gooey texture of chia so use ground flax instead

What about yogurts? Does that count as added sugars? If I get Greek vanilla yogurt ? I love the flippables yogurt key lime flavors?? How bad are those???

Yes. Get plain Greek yogurt, sweeten with stevia, and add toppings. Try it. Very good with frozen blueberries!

I took Land-O-Lakes beef collagen. It was texture-less, flavorless, & soluble in liquids. The first couple of cannisters were great. But then, the product made me sick everytime I tried to re-incorporate it into my diet. (Headache, nausea, dizziness, weakness). MANY people who left reviews had the SAME complaints!!! Could bovine collagen be problematic because of what the cows are fed? My fingernails are terrible. My hair is brittle. I'm 58 yrs. old. Are fish and vegan collagen more biocompatible?

    LOVE Chia seeds❤
    Here is my recipe:
    Pancake recipe 😋
1/2 cup kefir or plain yogurt
    1 egg
3 tbsp organic small shredded coconut
    3 tbsp ground flaxseed
    4 tbsp almond flour
    1 tsp psyllium husk powder
1 tbsp dry grounded Mandarin peel
1/16 tsp stevia or your choice, sweetener
    pinch of salt
    Mixed together, and add
    1/2 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp baking soda
Mix through and leave it for 10 minutes.
    After, do not mix!
Scoop full tablespoon and bake on the pan without oil
Bake on the medium /low heat.
    6 pieces
    Topping that I like
Chia seed pudding on the coconut milk, I added organic hemp hearts seeds, nuts of your choice and sesame seeds. Berries on top. 😋👌
