Very useful - I was looking for a comparison video. I am from India - nowadays many of the ones we get in stores - lack that original well-fermented but pure taste. It is either bland taste or sweet. Hope some places have that original plants still - so that future generation can taste the original ones. Even in India - not available in the market. It is very healthy for all of us. Thanks for sharing :)

How do I know if my coconut 🥥 has gone bad. I got the one that is dark corse brown outer. Kind of like the third one. My water was hard to tell. I want to make coconut milk from the flesh. When I took the flesh out it’s kind of brown darker brown wear the flesh sits on the shell of the coconut.
if water is sour, then throw it out
Which one would you suggest for just snacking on? I bought a mature one and it had lots of water but the meat was hard and dry😩

Warning: there is no "careful" way of cracking open a coconut. The way the gentleman did it is exactly how you shoild do it too. You could hurt or maim yourself seriously if you try to crack open a coconut while holdong it on a chopping board.
