Im reverting back to standard hose set up i bought my little abarth ihi with one of these fitted it lost 40 bhp proven on dino was running 106 hp luckly the tuner had seen this befor blocked the pipe back to 141hp and now running a healthy 172hp turned down a little from 178hp the difference is awsome
If you want that sound but way louder, I would recommend the Bonalume Switch BOV, Replacement, or the Vent to Atmosphere version, They sound mega nice and easily 2x louder, Not only that the BOV reacts quicker than stock so your back on boost much faster.
If you take the air box off you can remove the pipe the whole length, the cap fits over the box end.

Hi Scott, any generic 25mm breather filter and 25mm ID bung will be fine! CZcams often block links but the bung is from autosiliconhoses and the filter is the one that comes up about £5.99
Hey man, great vid. I was looking for a small mod to make the car eveb more fun so this is perfect. Ive got a 2017 stage 1 abarth 595 turismo pushing 203 hp. Do you think a mod like this would reduce some of that power or would you not notice to much?
Do you notice any difference in power or throttle yourself when you where test driving the filters?
I didn’t particularly notice any drop in power in all honesty I mentioned that at the end of the video :) seemed all fine to me

Why you need filter for the dump valve in the first place ?
You don’t need one it’s just a good idea to keep the dust out as that goes back into your turbo
Wouldn't you have to get a remap to unlock its full Potential?
Hi mate! In some circumstances fitting a dump value would require a map, if I’d of noticed any particular lag then a remap can help but this mod is purely for the sound and won’t give any performance so no point going to the expense
