    Issues with initiating tasks is very common in lots of people (especially those of us with ADHD). There are many contributing factors - including physiological factors like neurotransmitter imbalance, hormone imbalance, anemia, certain vitamin deficiencies etc. but there are also significant mental and psychological factors. These are the factors that I cover in this video.
    You’d be surprised how effective a few shifts in perspective and environment can be for helping with task initiation and successfully getting things done. I’ve tried all of these myself and with many of my patients and have found them very effective.
