Season 20 of Apex Legends started out as being one of the best seasons in recent Apex Legends history, but that has all come crashing down lately due to the ALGS Hacking incident, players missing Ranked Badges and cosmetics, plus more weird things happening to players' accounts.
Octane Prestige Skin was revealed in-game within the Apex Store for a short period of time. Apex Packs could be changing to fee EA's greed. A new Loyalty Program within Apex Legends could be releasing.
A recent survey was sent out to Apex Legends players in regards to their thoughts on changes to Apex Packs. A bunch of NEW Apex Packs could be coming to the game, including Apex Pack Re-Rolls, Daily Rotating Pack Offers, Bonus Milestone Rewards, Spotlight Packs, Pack Power-Ups, Hotstreaks, Smaller Themed Loot Pools, and Build-A-Pack.

My biggest problem is the game will constantly crash when I load into a ranked match and/or in the firing range. It's especially a problem because it'll kick me out of a ranked match and then I can't join back in. So not only am i leaving my teammates on their own, I also have a -100 or -150 RP penalty for "leaving the game" with a 10 min wait time as well. This should be fixed ASAP

Same. I got heirloom shards during that 19-hour reset period from free packs. I legit thought this was Respawn's way of paying me back for my heirloom that I lost due to reset. So I kept the shards and hoped to use them when more information would come out from ea or respawn and guess what, I logged in the next day, and boom shards were gone. Lol

Also EA: Lay off half the devs including the QA and add more expensive skins.
The patch said it would fix the missing ranked badges but for me it only restored S8 and beyond. I’m still missing ranked badges for S7 and before.
The only diamond badge I had left is now a variable badge, one game its plat, the other bronze, then masters and so on lmao (no pred yet)
I had both the skin/ heirloom bug lost everything from season 20 and all my ranked badges. It DID get fixed for me from the 2 updates.
Terrible lag, skins and coins disappearing and then reappearing in both mine and my friends accounts, and a few more things. Very frustrating. I miss the early days of this game sometimes.
I've been lagging so bad. Also, is it just me or is MMR still in the game? Solo queuing has been horribly misbalanced lobbies.
It's not only you. The lag has been affecting me, and my friend disconnected from a match with a ping of 1856.

Lag is insane since the beginning of April + if you play on fixed 165 fps game stutters in certain scenarios.

I gained access to seemingly another players cosmetics on my account after returning to lobby yesterday. It was most of my owned cosmetics mixed with some random other items. What's weird was I had the r99 skin due for release in the urban assault event and the revenant flatline anime recolour skin too 😂

the biggest bug ive encountered is picking things up for them to just be ripped back out of your inventory back into the death box or into your team mates inventory

What is with the flatline challenges reset?
I was d4 in split one, then the new split came out dropped me to gold 2. The game reverted back to split 1 and kept me as gold 2
nah that's absurd - Ranked Split 2 is so scuffed.
Same thing happened to me, at this point don’t expect that to be fixed. Sent game tickets to EA help and got an email saying it was fixed but nothing changed. Funnily enough this same thing happened to the #1 pred.
Yeah same thing happened to me bro I ended the season with a gold badge instead of a masters badge I feel scammed ASF because that was my first season to get masters since season 17

I got a 4k on Maggie while doing her challenges on April 2nd and my friend (who is new) got the no witness badge on the same night when we were playing together and we still haven’t gotten our badges back

Hey Ross, I’ve got a question. The new challenges for loba just came out today and I had one chalehnge left for mad Maggie. Since I didn’t finish it, does that mean I won’t get the wraith and flatline skin
You can finish all of legends challenge anytime you want as long as still on s20 what you can't do is miss out the gifting sticker challenge that one you need to gift a bp to complete the challenge.

There's still not enough of a seperation between ranks. It should either be a rank above and below, or 5 tiers. (bronze IV to silver IV)
The issue is that the grind for ranked is not really skill based until you get into diamond+ everything below is nothing but a time sink. Meaning ranked is only really kinda ranked from diamond +.
@@TheHollowBlade More of a separation in ranks would fix that. Obviously its only a time sink when you regularly go against rookie-silver in gold-plat lobbies. However, the recent fix to rank definitely fixed that down to gold at least. Me and my friend are mid gold to low plat and you have to get some kills to go positive. The biggest problem to ranked rn is the low rank players getting into high rank games.
@@TheHollowBladeseems fine to me started late last split that passed and i didn't face too much higher skilled players. Got to gold and just had to stop at the split cos of work and no time with friends. Casual is just unplayable. You always come against some sweat with 20 kills when you think oh I'm getting better with 5 kills 😂

The level 50 gift thing doesn't seem right. I can still gift on my alt account which is only level 38, so I think that image was just an error or something with the datamining client.
Edit: Nevermind, I was partly right though, for free items, you can still gift under level 50, but any paid gifts you gotta be over level 50 to do.

They will suffer too. The execs i mean, just think.. the poor execs might not get their annual bonus yacht money if sales are not higher than last quarter. They fired people to make the numbers look better and now with all this. Theres no way it dont affect sales in some way. The execs are probably stressing out they wont be able to buy their 43rd yacht or beach getaway mansion.. poor execs..
Respawn just create new stuff for them to break while they reek in more money.... I'm still waiting for my progress to be restored from the day the bug happened. I'm not buying or getting anything until that's fixed.
When you said hotstreak packs I though you were going to say you would get a pack for winning 2 games in a row or 3 or 4 and so on, I think that would be really cool, and sure hackers would get packs like crazy but that might be a good thing as people getting 20 or 30 hotstreak packs in a row would put them on apex possible hackers list and get them checked out.
*I lost like 20 battlepass levels, then they took my badges... Luckily not my heirlooms*

So players under level 50 can't gift to get the Wraith trackers and hence the reactive Flatline skin 💀

They'll have to resort to gifting battlepasses if they don't get to level 50 in time, as there are limited free gifts.
You also have to be verified and on somebodies friend list for a minimum of 2 weeks LOL (cant gift until afterwards)
I gurantee with the exotic shards coming next season, they will put it their to buy. I can’t gift because EA won’t let me have access to an email I never made to verify account
@@Mcjesus97The same happened to me. You have to contact EA help to get them to change it for you. The problem is, I couldn't do that until I was over 16 (my age was set as under 16 on my account), although I tried, because you have to send an image of ID such as a passport to prove that you're over the "digital age of consent" (for my country it was 16 but for most countries it's 13).

I’m glad they fixed the code cloud crash issue but the even bigger issue is they need to fix console from crashing on Apex entirely.
Pulled my first heirloom the day the account issue happened. When they reverted it I lost the heirloom. Hope they fix that soon or I quit

i crafted one of the unreleased skins since i thought it got added with the update. lost 1200 crafting and the skin just disappeared.

Bro I say on my r99 revolutionary and that was one skin I missed because my fam was too poor at the time and now I can get it but it never will come back and when it went back to normal on my acc I was devastated

Uninstall and reinstall. I had the same problem sadly you just gotta uninstall and wait a couple hours to reinstall

I'm recently new play an apex Legends I've started in season 19 and now I'm in season 20 with this update I only had two heirlooms and that one artifact from the secret society what's this update I have now gotten somehow all the prestige skins and all the heirlooms

I can garuntee the heirloom glitch isn't everyone. I got shards yesterday and it worked fine
How does respawn keep messing up thos game? First they take away arenas then they add a $360 box skin, then they do that again, then the tournament gets hacked, then some how everybodys accounts get wiped, then when they try to fix it this happens. This game sucks so much

I crashed 5 times last night, had whole mags no reg on hit.. lost a lot of my ranked badges... Maybe they just need to make a another gambling ring so they can make 10mil and be able to fix the game........

I did that the first time I bought 30$ of apex coins, said transaction failed so I stupidly tried it again and they both worked. Ended up calling playstation and they refunded half of it but i kept the coins

Lost 4k crafting metals. All my badges. Lost some skins. And lost all my breakout challenges. And I am redoing all of them because they said they’d fix it but they still haven’t. So I don’t believe I’ll get that flatline skin unless I redo all of them. 😢

one of my season badges changed to Predator. I was hardly playing and got Silver originally. All my season badges are messed up, most of my Gold seasons turned Bronze. I paid a lot of money to this game over the years and this is RIDICULOUS.
I dont even want to play the game anymore and bite me, will not open those free packs. They are not free. It is a pathethic attempt at payoff.

I was gonna get back into Apex (Titanfall Elite Player here) but seeing this continued mismanagement has really put a bad taste in EA and (Current) Respawn as a whole.
If they (EA) hadn't added this extra gambling, the other issues would have been palatable.
Their adherence to unrealistic profit goals and their continued mistreatment of their franchises should be a red flag for any devs wishing to work in the industry going forward.😊

respawn got away with it too long, it took some of u years to realize character skins are damn near less useful then holosprays, ive rarely encountered friends/teamates who bought any of them, probably a part of the reason why they are switching it up
