Shailene's Art Style Story is Absolutely Incredible and Remarkable! I felt so sorry for her though. Keeping secrets from your friends and everyone else in school is definitely and totally NOT easy. Shailene should've told everyone the truth about herself. She could've had the confidence to speak to others and make friends around them. She doesn't have to go and be so shy all around others around her. She needs friends by her side, to build up her confidence.
Ultimately, this is all Bess' fault. I mean, why did she come up with an idea in the first place? That sounds like robbers robbed a bank for fun and not to get richer. Clearly, both Bess and Shaileen did not think of the consequences of impersonating someone at all and let the "I just wanted to have fun" get in the way. Sure, Bess tried to stop but it is still ultimately her idea.
So Nate just wants people by whom he can get benefits? Like, Nate told he loved the girl who genuinely cared about him, loved him doesn't matter from whom it was coming from. He was just a desperate person who was in need of love and care from whoever the person is.
I'm glad Shailene learned her lesson. To make friends, she needed to just be herself. I'm also glad that the makeover gave her confidence, but she let it get to her head. What Bess did was wrong, but she did have good intentions. Plus, if she didn't stop it, I don't think Shailene would any time soon. Lastly, I'm glad Nate eventually forgave Shailene.
No man Exposing her is wrong, but also accusing her of stealing stuff as her alter ego is crossing the line. Like she could have been put in real danger because of her friend actions.
