I really like the timelapse style of skipping through slower periods. Jump cuts leave me feeling like I missed something but this is a very nice compromise

I'll echo some other people that more peaceful endings would be a welcome dash of spice. If you own 70% of the map and it's down to a handful of allies left, it's more wholesome than having to murder your friends.
