@@solmonsteiner2838 I have a custom 5/8" keyed shaft, 5/8" bearings, 5/8" type " B" 10 tooth 415 chain inner sprocket, and a 5/8" mini hub sprocket adapter with a 36 tooth #35 chain sprocket with a Iris Gold Kart #35 racing chain and a 415 Regina Gold Motocross racing chain to the rear.
@@solmonsteiner2838 I bought everything about 2 years ago, I think it was $65 + about $15 shipping. I got everything from ombwarehouse.com I got the inner sprocket from staton-inc.com as they carry the 415 chain sprocket and the go kart supply sites only have 40/41 chain size.
I have a couple of videos where I show the jack shaft and explain how I put it together, also I think I even supply the parts and numbers. The advantage of my set up is when a sprocket wears out it can be changed (gear ratio) or replaced for less than $20. Phatmoto wants you to buy the complete kit for $70 when all you need is a sprocket, plus you cannot change gears from stock ratio, kind of a foolish set up. So I came up with my own, called mini bike style.
You are a lifesaver sir. I thought I wouldn’t ever get it off 😂 Thank you for this
Great tips! Thanks for sharing 👍😁
I learned this trick from you 4 years ago 😁 I was actually going to do a video showing the same thing this weekend! As usual great information 💯👊
@@kaseygrumpykeller5867 Thanks Kasey, yeah back in the early days it was just a few of us old timers.
What jackshaft do you have?
