I love my Rover. I have almost two thousand miles on 23'. My stock Lifan tops out at 37 miles per hour with 44 tooth sprocket, governor delete, at 4600 ft elevation. The larger engine upgrade looks tempting. Thanks for sharing.

How do you remove governor
Looking good bro. Great to see you with them bikes, Question, have you removed the governor, and how many horses on a 212? Have a good one.
They make like 5-6 hp stock. Get a Tillotson from Gopowersports or a Build a 212 for Cheap a stage 3 would make an Awesome motor for this build..
@@Flavorsonlyyy Thanks Flavorsonlyyy. Good to know. Tilotson's can get very expensive, specially if using a CNC case. Been looking around for a minibike.
I think the stock engine is the best option. I had a 224cc on mine for about one week and put it back to stock but I didn’t have to do any modifications to the frame to put the 224cc but 212cc /98cc are to big and heavy plus the engine it comes with has good power. I’ve got the stock engine turned it and it’s just as powerful as my 98cc on my other bike. So just leave it stock and tune it.
I wanted a SIKK Ped but its never in stock so I got the Phatmoto. I'm super glad I waited to get one on sale. I don't like that they don't seal the fuel tank for you. dripps through the welds. I have to take the entire bike apart to seal its fuel tank. Otherwise its stinking up my garage. For how much some people pay - they should seal them tanks...
How exactly are you making those wholes in the motor and what are u using to make the bolt that your using to hold it in place
I was intended on putting a Honda gx motor on mine. Don't have it anymore though.
Is 98cc bicycle legal to ride in NY State?
Phatmoto dont make any frames out of steel do they? I dont think that aluminum frame will like my trailer.
youre going to need a 3D printed chain cover that's not acceptable from safety side. The sprocket can rip your thigh open.
