What does the periodic training involve? Is it just basically watching videos?

Hi there - all of our online courses are tutor-led. You join other delegates on the same course in a 'virtual classroom', and an experienced trainer will run the session. You would require a good internet connection, and a laptop preferably (although smart phone or tablet can be used) with a front facing camera and microphone.
