Very good video thank you. FYI for anyone interested I just ordered a pre hung double door from Home Depot. They have a few standard sizes Menards has the same and even had some sizes in stock
So, when ordering a prehung (double door), how much of a gap should I plan to leave the jambs and the framing (for shimming and adjusting)? I looks like you had over a inch on top and perhaps just under a inch on each side...
I'm a new at owning an apartment and it has a few of things that need repairing was wondering if there is a video to repair sliding doors? I have this doorway that slide closed with 2 doors on the laft and right but both doors are in bad condition and I don't knoe if I can repair the wood or just need to replace the door and how to install the henges that can make the door slide. My grandfather said he'll do it but never actually does anything so I need advice.
Fernando, comments like yours are always weak and approach being pathetic. Why? Because they are never backed up with your own video demonstrating on how it should be done. I would love to learn from you buddy, but youre focused on being a problem and not a solution. Please bring something to the table when making a comment like this. Thank you
Yeah we all make mistakes sometimes until somebody shows us the right way to do it. But I got a hand to you admitting that on CZcams is showing that you’re willing to man up and realize you’ve been doing it wrong all these years.

Did you build your own door jam at the top? And what do you call those hardware latches at the top? Just wondering what to search for at Home Depot.

Did you sand down the edge of the door on the right to make the reveal right ? ( up top- right door )
Is it better to remove the doors and then level the sides and finally level the top?
