My boat has daytona ignition which gets rid of that blower surge. But I have to admit, I LIKE the sound of the blower surge. Might not be efficient etc. But it's cool! And you're wrong.
That would be a lean condition at idle due to the super chargers that goes away after you get them running at higher rpm ..... but yes my 30 scarab was like this also make docking sometimes tricky due to the rpm roll
