Hubby gifted me the Frankincense intense cream from Neals Yard for Christmas, it is so nice, a real treat. So glad you’re enjoying the gym and looking after yourself. Just wanted to say with regards to b12 and the issues you've been having with your nails (possibly even hair loss) I have a b12 deficiency and have to have injections every 3 months for the rest of my life and it doesn't matter how many b12 supplements I take or b12 enriched food I eat my body just doesn't absorb it, if you haven't already I would highly recommend asking your doctor if you can have a blood test just to check your levels, mine were so low and my hair was falling out, my nails would split right down the middle, I was so tired all of the time. I just wanted to mention it to you because it can, in severe cases, like mine, upset your nerves, I now get pins and needles constantly in my shoulders, I'm literally broken 🤣 but I'd hate myself not to say anything if it's something that may possibly help you. Wishing you so much love and happiness in your recovery and becoming your happy new self 💛

Very random, but I had really thin brittle nails, and got the mylee builder gel as do my nails myself, 2 coats straight onto nails, then gel polish on top, my nails have grown so much and are so much stronger with it on!
