I like how Enjou is a reoccurring side character, definitely enjoyed his antics in the story
I think that's a beauty of Mihoyo's ability to react to feedback. We love Cloud Retainer so she gets a lot of screen time. We love Enjou so we might see him more often.

and also with Yae. also, we do get to see her tail while attacking even though she tells Gorou in his hangout that she doesn't have a tail (which is also funny since I'm pretty sure we also see her kitsune form in one of the story trailers)

I just knew there'd be a time where we'd have conflict with the Raiden Shogun.
When Ei said it's functions were made to be unchangeable I just knew there'd be an issue in which she'd eventually have conflict with it.
Ei changing her viewpoint, but the Raiden is unable to.
In the Raiden's eyes, her very creator may now become the enemy of eternity.
Yeah, maybe creating a divine puppet with only one goal in mind (a goal that even her creator doesn't know to reach) wasn't the best idea in retrospect.
@@elespada9058 To be fair, Ei was having a lot of emotional trauma at the time of its creation.
Ei states that she knew one day she could even become a threat to eternity, which is why she made the puppet. So she knew this time would eventually approach.

I love how it was foreshadowed in previous patches.

Actually a lot of genshin soundtracks are similar to Nier's, like Caelestinum finale termini and The wretched automatons
Ann Yatco is phenomenal in voicing the Raiden Shogun. The way she says “I am the everlasting law, the guardian of eternity” and “witness the final calamity “ is so powerful and sent chills down my spine. She delivered such an antagonistic voice so well. I cant wait to play Raiden’s story quest to hear more dialogue.

@@captive8670 This was confirmed to not be true based on the current event. Kokomi specifically states the Vassals (Human/Vishaps) were different from the Sangonomiya line and there's only one Vassal remaining.

But even if that is the case, he surely did not view Azhdaha as a mere servant. Don't you know how it feels to have friends?
Ok I'm gonna admit one thing, as genshin is a free game, mihoyo did an amazing job with the characters, voicelines, story quests, cut scenes and etc, good job mihoyo, I'm excited to see more upcoming updates!

"Witness the final calamity" should officially be one of the voice lines for Raiden Shogun's burst animations.
Raiden sounded more intimidating then Azdhaha. Her voice is sooo good. Kokomi is going to be in the event and I am thinking to pull for her since I skipped her( have her guarenteed if I am going to pull for her). Yae is cool too. Ayato looks good too uhhh I am confused. Excited for this update and 2.6 is already looking massive with The chasm and Ayato and some good reruns and some other good stuff.
Azhdaha is angry while Raiden is emotionless and as a result merciless. Azhdaha calls you an ant but don't treat you as such. Raiden doesn't call you an ant but slicing you in half is no different than trampling an ant to her.

Rewatching this trailer, I feel like the voice actress did a good job for voicing Ei, especially her puppet voice is like close to a robot.

And Yae's sounds like it would be absolutely beautiful I can't wait to hear the full version!
I was most surprised about the short Genshin Anime, it was amazing! Mihoyo really needs to start an Anime about Genshin's lore like that's a big step right there.

Unfortunately, the anime side of mihoyo is exclusive to Honkai series
Mihoyo really stepped up in terms of content, new areas to explore every update, not to mention all the new characters and enemy designs! So excited for Chasm in 2.6!
Before Inazuma released I got bored pretty quickly after every update, now I can't even finish exploring an area that they release a new one.

They need to stop adding little islands. It becomes more like Windwaker not BOTW with every island they add. Makes the open world thing not really open world. I'm ready for a new region and archon.

this actually makes me so excited. glad to see enkanomiya again, i’m really really happy they didn’t just drop the enkanomiya story after one patch. this is fr looking great !!! looking forward to more updates in 2022! definitely seems like the story is picking up again. also really love the voice acting for yae and ei. and the abyss lector and the new enemy designs look amazing. also YAE IS SO PRETTY ? whoever designed her needs a raise.
Watching this again at the end of 2022. Those memories ✨🥺😭.

The final attack where she said “witness the final calamity” is an attack that instantly one-shot you even if you have a shield on. The only way to avoid it is to activate a weird ball you get that you have to fill with electro energy… so you need to bring an electro character to this fight…

Anne yatco really give the best for her VA's on Raiden Shogun and Ei. It's make me goosebumps and wanna see it again and again this trailer. It's really epic and kudos to all VA they really did a great job
Are we going to talk about how the bow wielding Shadowy Husks (who are probably definitely from the Abyss) animation for firing their bows is almost EXACTLY like Childe's (who trained in the abyss) elemental burst in bow form? That's such a cool little detail, Mihoyo.

That is also the first thing i noticed when they discussed in the stream. Skirk is definitely close to the abyss since he/she is childe's master

you'll get mind blown when you notice that the Foul Legacy's appearence is almost the same as that of the Abyss Heralds.
Something you might have noticed right off the bat, is Ei saying she left everything to Yae Miko (or at least that's what OG PV says). Yae Miko's theme is Sakura Flowers, and Sakuras in Hanakotoba mean Transience of Life. Along with having to battle The Shogun, aka. The embodiment of Eternity, for me at least, it means the era of Eternity has reached its end. Along with Ayato being next patch and his clothing style being very similar to Meiji era.
Anyways, I just returned from school, this was the best surprise I could ask for.

this is probably the start of the end of teyvat (or the celestia era, there might be more stuff coming). mondstadt's four winds (andrius, dvalin) not being the four winds anymore, zhongli signing his last contract, now this eternity thing and ei loosening her ties with celestia.
