My husband and I spent a day driving round and round through these stone cities. The buildings and terrain conspire to make you fall in love with the Cotswolds.

Another beautiful landscape and the whole place is amazing. I’m struck by the different decoration than here in the United States. The style there is so natural for lack of a better word. Here? To say the least, this has been a crazy year. Covid may have limited what we've been able to do or enjoy but there's always something to be grateful for and to celebrate. Our Christmas is not the most happy, memorable one this year being away from our families but gratitude and joy can't be quarantined. I cànt be with my family due to covid but I'm grateful I discovered your CZcams channel! The drone footage was fabulous - I’ve walked all around these hills and villages but never seen it from above. You could just see Broadway Tower on the horizon. Yes, you are correct that was the village hall in Lower Slaughter and they filmed inside. We visited there just after filming had finished and it was fascinating to see how they had “dressed” the houses.
There’s something lovely about watching your channel - you capture the charm of places you visit and we all get to travel with you. I can understand the time these must take you but, I for one, thoroughly enjoy them, so Thank You. Merry Christmas to you both and here’s to 2021 eventually being better for the world than 2020.....ann.
