Tami's most demanding vocal yet. Bet she needed a cool smoothie after recording that! What is so thrilling about Tami Neilson is that in live performance she delivers this level of intensity in every song. Not the firey ones like You Were Mine, but also on the heart-wrenching ballads like Lonely.
Tami never ever holds back. This was the scratch/rough vocal Tami laid down so that we could get the beds. She didn’t even record an official vocal take bc this one was so on point. 🙌🏼🏆

Wow. The imagery in the video is the perfect backdrop to this magnificent song. The entire album, from the raw guttural emotion of "You Were Mine" to the ethereal tenderness of "Sleep" is a rarity in the Music World. CHICKABOOM! is a unicorn known as "The Perfect Album".
