I found S22 more flexible and freedom which leads me towards Android.. Also camera now is gives head to head fight in comparison of Iphoon so yeh S22 any day..

I switched to iPhone 13 after using a android for a decade. It was tough initially. But now I am convinced and got to know the overall moto of Apple. Very simple super functional super consistent performance and cameras. It just works
If it wasnt for the sub-standard battery life on S22, i would easlily go for it. Not giving variable refresh rate and telephoto lens on iphone is unfair at this price. May consider S22 if we get it atleast 15k lower than iphone 13

I’ve been using an iPhone for 6 months, I’m still trying to understand this whole apps optimisation thing. I have an S22 ultra and an iPhone 13 and honestly a lot of the apps I use are better on Android. I truly expected something better from the iPhone and I got the iPhone at least 3 months before I got my S22 Ultra.

I am an avid Android user since I first started using smartphones. My first impression with iPhones is that their battery life drains out faster, which never tempts me to get my hands on one of these. This is based on observing my lil brother and a colleague who use iPhone (previous models). My brother used to carry around a powerbank everywhere. And my friend had to charge her phone everyday at work, before going back home. So recently, Apple released the 13 lineups. After watching some reviews, I decided to buy the standard 13. The battery life actually amazes me. I really enjoy using it. My Android comes with 120Hz, and frankly speaking, there's not much difference with the 60Hz iPhone 13. Camera is absolutely amazing, especially for taking pictures at night time. No regrets.

Rohit, another thing to point out is S22 doesn't have vapor chamber cooling. Only S22+ and ultra have it. Also, bigger batteries in them. So yeah, for less heating and better battery life, S22+ would be the choice if you have preference for Android.
All is good in Iphone. But what about 120hz refresh rate. Does that make lot of difference while using iphone13 over all other android phones with 120hz display.
I really appreciate that this comparison gives plenty of real life examples of the pros/cons. Such as the overheating issue; I live in a cold country but when on holiday this is an issue for me as well.

I am still confused between S22+ (not S22) and iphone 13. Having been a one plus 6t user for 3 yrs now . I feel these cheaper android phones are good buy . Considering the usage to be mainly for photo/video and whatsapp and media consumption , which do you feel it is good? I also like the fast charging and a phone having screen on time atleast for 5 to 6 hrs (almost a day of battery) . I do have a macbook, but having used andriod phones till now, haven't seen any use case to take the benefit of the apple ecosystem . What do you say about these 2 choices? S22+ or Iphone 13 ?
I have switched from s21 to iPhone 13. It’s a really awesome tbh. Particularly the ecosystem is really synced up. Yeah androids are definitely good in many factors but it’s upto you because both of them are fully different platform. A youtuber can compare the basic expects like looks and finish and aesthetics but they can’t do justify if they start comparing performance again different OS. I would say just switch to ios atleast give it a try man you won’t regret. I am assuming you are not s nerd who just customises his phone with custom rom and what not if then you will be utterly disappointed by the iPhone.
@@ankitsen1998 no way to block spam calls and messages. cant access the app library quickly like the swipe up in android. i need to reach the top left corner to swipe and read the notifications(hard for 13 pro max users). Other than that everything is smooth and superb battery backup

Iam currently using Android and even looking for Android that can give longer support and samsung is the one that is providing it in andriod but i really don't wanna go for s22 just coz of heating issues and less battery. Can you suggest any other phones within samsung. I have s22 Fe in mind. I even don't wanna go for s22+ coz that doesn't make sense spending 10k extra for little big screen and battery and charging speed. I'm not sure the s22 have any heating problem. Compared to the iphone it will heat up a little more under the same load but it will never gets above 45°C unless you play demanding games.

Depends, screen has higher refresh rate and a zoom camera. Personally I can rarely notice the highest refresh rate and I don't see it as a must have. If you take a lot of photos the zoom camera might be nice to have too. Software on the pro also allows for storing pictures in raw format. You need to ask if you're going to use those features or not.
There is 40k ₹ difference in 13 regular and pro models which is not worth as compared to features in both models. I’m using 13 regular since Dec’21 without issues
Hey Rohit , You Remember you had great battery life with s21+ and relatively poor battery life with s21 ultra . I went with s21+ based on your video and had a terrible battery life. There are publications saying s22+ has better battery life than s22 ultra as well. None of us are wrong. It's clear case of silicon lottery which is prevalent in all phone with chipsets made by Samsung fab which I don't know why no one's talking about. Just browse through s22 sub reddit. Don't be me. Take your s22 to service center which I dint do with my s21+. Give it a shot and get it tested.
Also i did talk about some of the chips are still made by tsmc but most of them are made by samsung. You might find one if you are lucky or mostly reviewers got it.
I was getting 4-4.5 hrs in my S22+. Hence submitted my phone to the Service centre for testing. Will collect it today, lets see if it makes any changes or I will move to Ultra. Don't know how much difference it will make in battery life

Rohit Bhaiya Got my A52s 5G yesterday and after using for a day,I think that my decision to buy it was nice, I got 7 hrs Screen on time. First I charged it with 25 watt charger, then at night with 10 watt charger. Is this right ? After using this A52s 5G I think 778G is a very good chipset. I am also getting LTE+ carrier aggregation I got 7hrs SOT with 120hz on I think it's going good. What do you think about this ?
Even my 3.5 year old ASUS phone have 5CA. In India Jio supports the most CA that is 4CA 2300+2300+1800+850. This same config I get in my ASUS. I literally have seen people made EIS in 4k 30fps and LTE+ a very big deal. I don't know why? And those two things my phone has and works best for me consistently!!!

Try using power-saving mode on Sammy, it does wonders to battery-life. Also, the natural display mode on Sammy is more colour accurate than the iphone 13 if you want that.

Btw, that jittering issue while scrolling does get ironed out after 2-3 months although not fully as Android supports *fast scroll.* Ios uses their traditional *short refresh scroll* which is more animated & slow...hence smooth too. We can enable that on android after rooting as we both know, although not feasible for all indeed. I generally do *Developer Settings > Reduce all animations to 0.5x on my Samsung. Cheers.
I find this interesting conversation I have an iPhone 13 Pro Max and I love how solid it is but I agree you can get bored. But it is tuff because the apps seem better on iPhone. I wish it weren’t the case it would be easier to leave the Apple ecosystem.
I have been using the s22 for the past 2 weeks. I find the battery to be OK, not great nor bad. My previous phone was a note 10+ and I dont find any difference in the battery life. I don't game or use this device to its full potential all day, maybe that's why I am ok with the battery.

It is understable. While I keep switching between 120 and 60 with my S20+ and iPhone 12 I know where you are coming from. But if you just use one phone for a week or so, your mind will forget about 120 hz and will enjoy the aspects Apple shines be it continuity, be it better quality photos and videos, be it app transitions fluidity. I have so many times seen that when I get zoom calls on my S20+ and iPhone and laptop, if I pick up from laptop, iPhone stops ringing but Samsung keeps ringing.
How about battery performance of a 13 Mini (majorly to be used as a secondary & a long term use device ) wrt taking calls on network, probably a ton of Telegram & Whatsapp & may be casual music listening?

Hey, the iPhone 13is going on for 58k and the s22+ is on for 60k. Prioritising cameras( photos and videos ), overall experience and longevity, which would you suggest.
iOS' closed nature/limitations and restricted interaction with foreign devices is a big big deal breaker to a techie /engineer like me. File management(unified user-accessible) file system is also such a crucial aspect absent from iOS/iPADOS and also proper external monitor support. I don't want to spend money on iOS ecosystem, I prefer having a single device to be an all purpose machine that can stand-alone. I personally feel a device like say an S22 FE(upcoming) with a Galaxy Watch and Windows laptop, not only provides the ease of an ecosystem but is also completely open with user having COMPLETE control.
Precise Reason why I chose Android. I simply need Open Source apps. I want control over my device. I want to root, install Linux or do whatever with the handset. Apple is just not the right choice.

It worked really nicely with the ecosystem of airpods pro and my ipad pro m1.. until it fell and broke.. I switched to s22 ultra after a long long time.. my last samsung was s6 edge.. What a world of difference.. Just imagine iphone 14 is 80k and for 10k more you can buy a new s22 ultra.. with iOS either you will love it or hate it. If you are up for the risk try iPhone 13 or just get S22 plus both will last you atleast a day.
If you care for battery, go with the iPhone. It’s really amazing.

If you take a lot of photos the zoom camera might be nice to have too. Software on the pro also allows for storing pictures in raw format. You need to ask if you're going to use those features or not.
There is 40k ₹ difference in 13 regular and pro models which is not worth as compared to features in both models.

You Remember you had great battery life with s21+ and relatively poor battery life with s21 ultra . I went with s21+ based on your video and had a terrible battery life. There are publications saying s22+ has better battery life than s22 ultra as well.
None of us are wrong. It's clear case of silicon lottery which is prevalent in all phone with chipsets made by Samsung fab which I don't know why no one's talking about. Just browse through s22 sub reddit.
Don't be me. Take your s22 to service center which I dint do with my s21+. Give it a shot and get it tested.

I was getting 4-4.5 hrs in my S22+. Hence submitted my phone to the Service centre for testing. Will collect it today, lets see if it makes any changes or I will move to Ultra. Don't know how much difference it will make in battery life

Try using power-saving mode on Sammy, it does wonders to battery-life.
Also, the natural display mode on Sammy is more colour accurate than the iphone 13 if you want that.

Btw, that jittering issue while scrolling does get ironed out after 2-3 months although not fully as Android supports *fast scroll.* Ios uses their traditional *short refresh scroll* which is more animated & slow...hence smooth too.
We can enable that on android after rooting as we both know, although not feasible for all indeed.
I generally do *Developer Settings > Reduce all animations to 0.5x on my Samsung.

I find this interesting conversation I have an iPhone 13 Pro Max and I love how solid it is but I agree you can get bored. But it is tuff because the apps seem better on iPhone. I wish it weren’t the case it would be easier to leave the Apple ecosystem.
I have been using the s22 for the past 2 weeks. I find the battery to be OK, not great nor bad. My previous phone was a note 10+ and I dont find any difference in the battery life. I don't game or use this device to its full potential all day, maybe that's why I am ok with the battery.
I have been using phone on mobile data now a days, if you are on wifi only that works fine. I get through a day okay

It is understable. While I keep switching between 120 and 60 with my S20+ and iPhone 12 I know where you are coming from. But if you just use one phone for a week or so, your mind will forget about 120 hz and will enjoy the aspects Apple shines be it continuity, be it better quality photos and videos, be it app transitions fluidity. I have so many times seen that when I get zoom calls on my S20+ and iPhone and laptop, if I pick up from laptop, iPhone stops ringing but Samsung keeps ringing.

iOS' closed nature/limitations and restricted interaction with foreign devices is a big big deal breaker to a techie /engineer like me. File management(unified user-accessible) file system is also such a crucial aspect absent from iOS/iPADOS and also proper external monitor support. I don't want to spend money on iOS ecosystem, I prefer having a single device to be an all purpose machine that can stand-alone. I personally feel a device like say an S22 FE(upcoming) with a Galaxy Watch and Windows laptop, not only provides the ease of an ecosystem but is also completely open with user having COMPLETE control.
Precise Reason why I chose Android. I simply need Open Source apps. I want control over my device. I want to root, install Linux or do whatever with the handset. Apple is just not the right choice.

It worked really nicely with the ecosystem of airpods pro and my ipad pro m1.. until it fell and broke.. I switched to s22 ultra after a long long time.. my last samsung was s6 edge.. What a world of difference.. Just imagine iphone 14 is 80k and for 10k more you can buy a new s22 ultra.. LOL In USA, the iphone 14 is nearly half as expensive, but people are still buying it here in India

I love and prefer iPhones, but the front of the s22 is much better. No notch, only a tiny punchhole and very thin bezels. Beautiful! Apple needs to do better! Fuck Face ID, nobody asked for it, give us under screen Touch ID!!!
