(R151 on CGL!!!) Full ride on 835/836 Tanah Merah-Changi Airport

Recently, the Alstom Movia R151 made more appearances on the Changi airport Branch Line(CGL). Signifying that the the C151’s time on the CGL may be over anytime soon and would be fully replaced by these new trains. But on the same day the the R151 running under the slot bearing the train number 102 had some issues and thus had to return to the depot being replaced by the older C151. Will these trains be as reliable as the older C151 and eventually be able to replace them or would SMRT need to find another existing rolling stock to replace these R151s? Time will tell!
