I see the rise of the charismatic movement with emphasis on signs as a preparation for a charismatic leader like the false prophet/second beast who comes performing great signs imitating the signs of Elijah by which he deceives the world and leads them into the hands of the false messiah/first beast. The world will hate the two witnesses who I believe will expose the two beasts but the deceptive media and false teachers will flip the script and claim the two witnesses are the two beasts and vice versa and will be slain (after the false beast is revived similar to how Elijah raised the widow's son or how Christ was raised.)

I think that the most important thing we can understand in all of this is that God is in control of the end. Not mankind, his theories, formulas or conspiracies... God alone brings the end according to His own design and timeline.
This is why I believe that when it all comes down, most will be broken in mind and heart because they will realize that they were wrong, and God was right.
Thank you brother for your patience, discernment and wisdom. I am thankful for how you, Dalton and GCM and FAI presents this important study with the days that we currently live in... we need to be ready to face the days ahead with our eyes upon Jesus, and not all of the 'stuff' grabbing for our attention as things change rapidly.

Joel, I've been enjoying your teaching for about a year now, but today you really hit home. I've been a deadhead for a long time (though I was only 12 when Jerry died and consequently never saw them live). But I've been seeing widespread, phish, etc. for 20 years. You're dead on, no pun intended. I still enjoy the music of course, but I've had to distance myself from the scene. There is so much darkness blanketed with a beautiful appearance. Anyway, it's cool knowing something we have in common. Keep up the great work. God Bless.

1. Nothing that is of The House of Israel can be Mystery Babylon only what is enemy to it aka of Gentile Origin aka not of The House of Israel (House = 12 Bloodlines. 2 of which were adopted into the House of Israel done by Jacob ordered by God to be done). The 2 adopted are: Manasseh and Ephraim. For The Old House (10 bloodlines) fell into joining the ways of the world so long ago.
2. USA was created through Jospeh's Eldest son Manasseh and Great Britain was created through the youngest son of Jospeh's, Ephraim.
3. Ephraim was declared he was first born which, he was not. He was declared that, for he would be first used by God before his Eldest brother would arrive upon the world scene.
4. Great Britain aka The Bloodline of Ephraim, would become Gods, Company of Nations.
5. The United States of America (America, is the translated name from Manasseh's first-born son [GODS MARKER] from Hebrew) would become Gods 1 Powerful Nation.
6. Satan would then as always, create counterfeits to what is Gods of: Gog and Magog.
7. Gog = Satan's One Powerful Nation = Russia.
8. Magog = Satan's Company of Nations = China and others.
9. These will play their part AFTER Jesus 1k Reign is over and Jesus has left with those of The First Resurrection aka The First Fruits aka The first of mankind to be saved.
*10. When Babylon fell, its church did not. For it is an attachment to an Empire of Satan's aka Military (For mankind to kill itself by) and Church (false ways of life of Gods being taught into mankind by).
*11. The Church of Babylon relocated an awaited Satan's Next Empire of Rome. It then attached itself and was renamed The Holy Roman Catholic Church.
*12. When Rome fell The Church of Babylon did not. It relocated and changed its name to: The Vatican and now waits for Satan's final Empire.
*13. 10 Nations of Europe will become that Empire and Germany will be its chief Nation. They will create a military of Europe that will be given to a man God calls "THE BEAST OF REVELATIONS".
*14. This final Empire will begin as a friend to mankind for it will bring peace that Satan caused to mankind. This will blind mankind into the hidden agenda that mankind faces and that is the end of all life on Earth that takes Jesus to stop for mankind will not be aware nor able to stop of Satan's final design to end mankind by.
*15. "THE VATICAN" is "MYSTERY BABYLON" that God warned mankind about. To sever all contact with, for its purpose is to murder all of mankind along with Satan's Final Empire of Europe to come.

True what you say about outlier HR extremists. Every true movement has it’s extremists. But I left the building in 2010 and glad I did give up paganism and churchianity. Can’t go back. All that said, Judaism is not where the Spirit led me. But all I miss about the Sunday a.m. experience is corporate worship.

_”Jerusalem, Jerusalem, who kills the prophets and stones those who are sent to her!”_ (Mat 23.37)
_for your [Babylon’s] merchants were the great men of the earth, for all the nations were deceived by your “PHARMAKEIA”_ (Rev 18.23)
Christ warned people to flee at the end of the age who lived where? NYC? Rome? No, "JUDEA," when they see the abomination/idol of desolation (given life and able to speak - a.i.) set up in the holy place/temple (Matthew 24:14-15) which hasn't happened yet. He also warned those about fleeing in winter or on the SABBATH (Mat 24.20) which shows it will be strictly enforced under the reign of the false messiah.
_"Come out of her, my people, so that you will not participate in her sins and receive of her plagues."_ (Rev 18:4)
Is it a coincidence in Revelation the harlot comes riding on a red beast in the wilderness (the Temple Institute in Jerusalem is preparing a red heifer sacrifice to bring back the temple ministry which in the Torah is prescribed to be sacrificed in the wilderness) and dressed in the colors and jewels describing the high priestly garment from Exodus 28.4-11?
A Jerusalem Post 2017 article lets the cat out of the bag revealing that Israel will be the capital of the nwo, titled “Israel and the unexpected new world order”
And Revelation doesn't say Babylon (Jerusalem) is a port city, that's a red herring suddenly being spread widely in an online campaign. It just says the smoke of it can be seen from the sea and that it has merchants ships -- which is just like in the time of Solomon (king of Jerusalem) who ruled over a trade bloc in the region and had fleets of merchant ships and was at one point even earning 666 talents of gold. The Jerusalem Post article from 2017 (see above) talks about a plan to do this again and even cites the kingdom of Solomon in comparison.
All nations (‘waters’ are nations/peoples as explained in Rev 17.15) will gather to where she sits in false worship as they did at the tower of Babel, but first a traumatic global crisis must be engineered to ‘bring the world together.’ My vid on the AC kingdom goes deeper.
Beware Babylon’s armies of false teachers, trolls and bots flooding the web with misdirections and diversions to NYC, Rome, Edom, etc, (or the old fave: attack the messenger with accusations of anti-Shem/Shemites) none of which are where our Lord was crucified or where the prophets were slain.

In Revelation 13 we have the second beast/false prophet who comes imitating the signs of Elijah to do 3 important things the rabbis expect Elijah to do:
1) Renew the Sinai covenant marriage which in the Torah came with sealing the congregation with the mark of the Name of God in the forehead and hand in dedication of thoughts and works through the Aaronic Benediction as symbolized by the tefillin (Mark of the beast);
2) restore the sacrifices which only those in the covenant could participate in with the money-changers and merchants Yeshua threw out (buying and selling);
3) regather and number the tribes in a census as in the books of Numbers and Ezra by heads of family names (number of names/number of men).
These are expected by the rabbis for Elijah to perform before the arrival of their (false) messiah who will enforce the Sinai covenant marriage in defiance of the new covenant marriage announced by Jeremiah who said it would not be like the one at Sinai (Jeremiah 31). Hence, the law is for the lawless (1Tim 1.9) and we know the false messiah is also called the lawless one (2Thes 2.8). My latest vid on the AC kingdom has deeper info.

_In the Bible the only usage of the phrases “in the hand” and “in the foreheads” are all in the Law of Moses and refer to keeping the commandments, statutes, judgments and holy seasons or days given to Israelites in the time of Moses. The first reference is Exodus 13:9 where it states the Days of Unleavened Bread associated with the Passover were given “for a sign unto you upon your hand, and for a memorial between your eyes [in the forehead].”_
_The word “sign” in the above verse is translated “mark” in its second occurrence in the Bible and it refers to the “mark” given to Cain (Genesis 4:15). The biblical definition of the “mark” (or “sign”) in the hand and forehead is associated with holy days on the Mosaic calendar. The next usage refers to the commandments, statutes and judgments that the Israelites were to perform when they entered the land of Canaan._
_“You shall bind them for a sign [or mark] upon your hand, and they shall be as frontlets between your eyes [in the forehead].” Deuteronomy 6:8_
_The third reference is similar to this and is given in Deuteronomy 11:18. The weekly Sabbath is described as such a “sign” (or MARK) in Exodus 31:12-17._
_If we let the Bible interpret the Bible then the MARK (or sign) in the hand and in the forehead of Revelation 13:16-17 refers to the keeping of the Mosaic legislation - its holy day system and regulations for the people of Israel in the land of Canaan. And this is what the Antichrist will subject the world to when he commences his reign in Jerusalem just before the true Second Advent. He will display to the world his supposed divinity, the world will accept it, he will sit himself with great ceremony in the temple at Jerusalem, and then proclaim himself the true divinity come from heaven to reside among men (2 Thessalonians 2:4)._

The 100th year anniversary of the end of the ottoman empire was just this past November.
The sultanate was abolished November 1, 1922, but the caliphate was abolished on March 3, 1924 so there is another 100-year anniversary still to come.
Mecca, Saudi Arabia seems to meet the requirements. The city is even on 7 mountains.

@jesusgeek7680 that is false. The Bible is very clear that the rapture does occur. There is a rapture, but it doesn’t occur before the tribulation.
@@Skipper-101with all due love and respect, try telling a Christian in persecution or a martyr this exact statement and see how you feel telling them God doesn’t allow His people to suffer. Have a chat with Israel while you’re at it also. Jesus and the apostles were very clear about the tribulation that Christians will face. Jesus calls His followers to carry their cross and follow Him, to not love their lives even unto death.

While I could go into an exhaustive exegetical breakdown highlighting the absolute fact of a rapture, I'll let Paul state it plain as day for you.
"For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel and with the trumpet of God, and the dead in Christ will rise first.17 Then we who are alive and remain will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air, and so we shall always be with the Lord."
1 thessalonians 4:16-17
Now with that said, this doesn't necessarily mean a pre tribulation rapture. So regardless of when it happens, yes, be ready and prepared to endure suffering and persecution. And if you are blessed to be taken before you have to face suffering and persecution then praise God!
Oh my for those that have set their minds on their views…why are you here? Unless you want scriptural truth then there is nothing here for you. You will not get your ears ticked by either Joel or Dalton. They let scripture do the talking and from Holy Spirit anointing help you understand it.

As I mentioned, the actual earth itself shook when Jesus was raised. If the rocks shook, why would we be surprised if a body shook? There are some very strange things in Scripture that test us all. for example, someone being raised from the dead simply for falling onto the corpse of Elisha. This episode is also awfully strange for sure: "He proceeded there to Naioth in Ramah; and the Spirit of God came upon him also, so that he went along prophesying continually until he came to Naioth in Ramah. He also stripped off his clothes, and he too prophesied before Samuel and lay down naked all that day and all that night. Therefore they say, “Is Saul also among the prophets?” 1 Sa 19:23-24.
I don't believe it's the holy spirit. Mainly because a lot of those charismatics also "speak in tongues" which is actually just incoherent babble and the word tongues in the Bible is actually languages or dialects. So the spirit that is leading the babbling falsehood is also leading the physical contortions.

Name one example from the NT where a believer, filled with the Holy Spirit, acted in such a way. Saying “this happened, so that could happen” is sloppy theology at best, and borderline blasphemous at worst.
@@robinette64 There is no need to get upset Robinette. I'm neither defending every experience nor demonizing every experience. So ask if something is found in the New Testament specifically as if its presence in the Old doesn't count is itself a bogus question. As I pointed out, there are many things that God has done or allowed that would challenge any of us today. In the Scripture we see clear indications of physical reactions that take place during powerful encounters with the Lord. We see examples of falling down: (Ezekiel 1:28; Daniel 8:17; Revelation 1:17), we see tremblings and shakings (Jeremiah 23:9; Habakkuk 3:16) and a complete loss of strength (Daniel 10:8-10). These are all very unusual but that does not mean that they are not of God. I find it to be a fascinating topic with a history that far surpasses modern Charismatic or pentecostal experiences. Did you know where the names Shakers and Quakers comes from? Not to mention the Quaking Jerks. lol.

@@JoelRichardson that's fine. 1 Cor. 12 is a hard one to get around, though. The manifestation of the Spirit should benefit the body of believers. How does a church body benefit from a "holy" mosh pit? How is that showing the power of the Spirit? Seems to me that a spirit that shows itself just to show itself, and without purpose is the very definition of vanity.
And also, by your logic you're using with the story you gave in your original rebuttal, should I also expect to be able to call fire down from heaven? No, because I'm not Elijah. Show me a passage in the Bible where the Holy Spirit was manifested without the purpose of showing power and building up the body of believers. How is uttering gibberish building up the body? How is convulsing with no purpose building up the body? See where I'm going with this?

To be clear, I'm not defending every strange physical manifestation one sees in various Charismatic services by any means. The Church is filled with many unusual cultures etc. And also a tremendous amount of judgment from other cultures. But I'm sure you will agree that there are things that are very strange in Scripture. Why would we expect things to be normal in every Church? Someone falling onto the dead body of Elisha and immediately being raised from the dead. Craziness. The women with the issue of blood simply touching the hem of Jesus' robe and entirely apart from his own will, "virtue" leave this body and heals her. Who can explain this?

Please don't misquote Ephesians 5:18. Paul never said be "drunk in the Spirit". He used the word "filled" instead of "drunk" for a reason. And where do you see evidence in Scripture about people "short circuiting" when they were filled with the Holy Spirit? This is the problem with charismatics (I'm not a cessationist).. They approve of things not found in Scripture.
I see the rise of the charismatic movement with emphasis on signs as a preparation for a charismatic leader like the false prophet/second beast who comes performing great signs imitating the signs of Elijah by which he deceives the world and leads them into the hands of the false messiah/first beast. The world will hate the two witnesses who I believe will expose the two beasts but the deceptive media and false teachers will flip the script and claim the two witnesses are the two beasts and vice versa and will be slain (after the false beast is revived similar to how Elijah raised the widow's son or how Christ was raised.)

When we consider ALL of the words, verses, context, and intertext about the city/religion/kingdom of “Babylon the Great, the mother of prostitutes and the mother of abominations of the earth” in Isaiah, Jeremiah, Ezekiel, and Revelation, and we compare the geographical history of Edom, Babylon, Kedar, Dedan, Teman, etc. to Arabia and Mecca, and we compare the Bible to the spiritual and economic history of Arabia/Mecca, and we consider that 1000 years on earth is like a day in heaven, and God has seen the past, present and future of Mecca as if it existed all within a few day’s time, how could the prophecies specifically about the city, be any other city besides Mecca, Saudi Arabia? Even the past/early history of Mecca would’ve been future to Isaiah, Jeremiah, Ezekiel and John. We must remind ourselves that prophecies that were revealed to Daniel were near-far/ or “some soon/some later” fulfillment types. Also, imagine if Saudi Arabia joins the Abraham accords and allows Christians and Jews and/or non-muslims to visit Mecca. I think that would be a valid way for Revelation 18:4 to be fulfilled. Before we jump to say “it’s Neom”, let us consider the ancient goods that were sold and traded in the prophecy that are sold and traded no more. Let us consider the Jews and Christians that were slaughtered or cast out in ancient Mecca and even more so in Arabia. What if the antichrist/Gog, along with Iran, destroys Arabia and Mecca for their “sins” against Islam by appeasing to Christians and Jews and joining the Abraham accords and living in their luxury under the guise of islam, among other things, and the beast takes the Kaaba and has it moved to the Temple Mount in Jerusalem setting up the Abomination of Desolation?
Mecca is too far south. Edom is in northern Saudi Arabia and the tip of Jordan. Also, Isaiah 34 and Jeremiah 49 place Mystery Babylon in Edom. Next, no non-Muslims are allowed in Mecca. How does "Come out of her my people" apply to a city that doesn't allow said people? NEOM, Saudi Arabia is likely Babylon the Great. We're not there just yet. Not everything that will be in place during the End Times exists yet.

Edom simply refers to modern day Saudi Arabia. “Edom” has dynamically been modified since the old days and Mecca didn’t exist at the time of Isaiah, Jeremiah, Ezekiel or Revelation. If you would’ve read my whole post you would’ve seen how “come out of her..” (Rev 18:4) can be reconciled in Mecca. I believe Joel Richardson is in agreement with me and he can prove it you better than I can. Neom will be more like a paradise, not the birthplace of Islam or where Christians and Jews were slaughtered, or where ancient goods were sold, or where the Kaaba sits or where billions put their ass up in the air and pray to it every single day. We have to consider EVERY verse and all the context and when you do that, the only place it can be is Mecca. This city, Babylon the great has existed for a long time. The End Times are not yet. We are decades away at the least or even centuries. Why would an Islamic Antichrist hate Mecca? Now, could they hate NEOM with its tolerant form of Islam? You bet they could. Time will tell.
In fifty to sixty years NEOM could grow so large that it merges with Mecca. Who's to say when we aren't there yet?
Most Christians hear fifty to sixty years and insist it must be now. But we still have Daniel 8, 11, etc to fulfill which will take decades to centuries.
Revelation 16 shows that Babylon the Great is a huge city, because it is contrasted with all other cities. It is split into three parts, which would make the most impact with a city as large as NEOM. Still Saudi Arabia, just a different city.

Joel, I really appreciate your exegesis. I have a question about the phrase 'was, is not, and is to come'. Why don't you apply a 1st-century hermeneutic to this phrase? You are usually very consistent with your hermeneutic. If applied could we be looking at a revived Assyrian empire and the great city be a rebuilt Babylon? I know this is not without its problems too. What are you thoughts?
I agree with the sound teaching and pray that others ears are opened and ready for the days that are upon us, but I must admonish brother that when the Holy Spirit comes upon people, they will not act demonic. That’s a completely different spirit. I did come out of the super charismatic/Pentecostal. I have seen it all, but few to be faithful unto Gods word. I believe God does work in powerful ways but in accordance with His word and the fruit of the Spirit. It’s no coincidence in Revelation the harlot comes riding on a red beast in the wilderness (the Temple Institute in Jerusalem is preparing a red heifer sacrifice to bring back the temple ministry, which in Torah was prescribed to be carried out in the wilderness) and dressed in the colors and jewels describing the high priestly garment from Exodus 28.4-11.

Joel, in your studies that have lead you to believe that the fourth kingdom is Islamic rather than Rome, have you come across the FIRST mentions or growing teachings from the church that it is Rome? When did that start?

Could it be the Jerusalem Bellow vs The Jerusalem above? Spiritual bondage to the flesh and blood reality vs the freedom of believing in the true God who actually made reality. Meaning it could not be a literal city but rather encompass any spiritual system that makes you think the vail is not torn ant returns to what the Pharasee's represent. New Jerusalem could be the Jerusalem above replacing Mystery Babylon which is not literal Jerusalem, Egypt or Sodom but the Jerusalem bellow that they represent which is the false understanding that takes you away from seeing Christ in you and you are in him.

Daniel and Jesus said their city, temple and daily sacrifice would be taken away. Wasn't it all taken away in 70AD? Revelation says Babylon was "where our Lord was crucified". That is clear proof. You can't stretch the last days of Israel for 2000yrs.
Spot on. Ezekiel 23 says babylon of the chaldeans; the land of their nativity while referring to judah and samaria of being whores. Abraham was called out of Babylon in genesis 11:31. Jeremiah 3:3 says they have a whores forehead. When steven is stoned in acts 7:43 he quotes amos 5:26-27 but instead of saying damascus he states beyond babylon. Jesus himself said Jerusalem Jerusalem thou that kills the prophets. There are scores of cross refrences not even going into the worldly information outside of biblical text. We have the babylonian talmud, 666 stars, kabbalah. In their own religious writings talking about enslaving the nations and establishing the noahide laws all while being connected to freemasonry. Not one of the popular “rapture” passages reveal whether it is pretrib or post trib (John 14:1-3, 1 Cor. 15:51,52, 1 Thes. 4:15-17, 2 Thes. 2:1). But there are two passages that are strong support for the rapture/second coming as one event:
“Seeing it is a righteous thing with God to recompense tribulation to them that trouble you, and to you who are troubled rest with us, when the Lord Jesus shall be revealed from heaven with his mighty angels in flaming fire.” (2 Thes. 1:6,7)
This is clearly the Lord’s second coming. But why would the saints be given “rest” at that time? Weren’t they raptured seven years earlier? Wouldn’t that be the time to give it? Why would they need it at the second coming? And if it is given at that time then the church will obviously go through the tribulation. All these things point to the rapture and second coming as one event. If “rest” is the rapture, it has to be post trib.
Pretrib theology explains these things away by claiming these saints get saved after the rapture in the tribulation. So they call them “tribulation saints.” But scripture makes no distinction between saints. Either you are a saint or aint. Paul is clearly teaching the rapture and second coming are one event which will be imminent after the tribulation (Matt. 24:29-31, Luke 21:25-28).
Maybe the great city will be Dubai. A city grown in the wilderness/desert. Not to mention the oil money, which I believe will be a big part of how the final beast empire will arrest control of the world economy, through the oil supply.

Look at Matthew chapter 23 and compare with Revelation 18. Jesus told the religious leaders (Jerusalem) in Matthew that upon THEM would be avenged all the righteous blood shed upon the earth. In Revelation 18 we are told that upon mystery Babylon was all the righteous blood avenged.
Mystery Babylon of Revelation is 1st Century old covenant Jerusalem.
