Major problem with Mecca being mystery Babylon is that there will be believers within the city

Only Muslims are allowed in Mecca, so there would be no reason for any believers to “come out” as non that are non Muslims are allowed “in”
And the problem with that also is the Muslim religion there is unfortunately for lack of better word...forced or enforced....hence why you "can't " go there unless you are Muslim....the Bible also states that every eye shall see and every ear will hear at some point...the TRUTH...GODs WORD. ..it will then be your FREE WILL on what you do with that TRUTH....and unfortunately Muslims especially the fanatics. . ALTERNATIVE VIEW ON BABYLON:
There are two spiritual cities, Babylon and Zion. And everyone on earth resides in one of these two spiritual cities. Because we are all descendants of Adam, everyone is born into the city of sin, the city of Babylon. So humans are, by default, born into Babylon. But when someone becomes born again and makes Jesus their Lord and Savior, they leave Babylon and then reside in spiritual Zion. Notice this exhortation in Revelation for believers to come out of Babylon:
“And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues.”
-Revelation 18:4
So if you aren’t making your way to Zion, where God lives, where our Father who art in heaven beckons us to come hither, then you remain dwelling in the spiritual city of Babylon, which is going to be utterly destroyed. Everyone upon earth right now in this, the final generation, will experience either God’s grace or God’s wrath. What shall it be for you then, God’s grace or God’s wrath? The choice is up to you! Repent and leave Babylon now!

This was absolutely fascinating, but beyond that it was confirming. A long time ago, the Lord showed me Mecca as a significant part of the endtimes and I have always thought I was crazy. This was amazing because he just explained why.

Hal Lindsey has and continues to make a lot of money with prophesies that have proven to be untrue. He has given dates for the End more than once. While he stays away from actual dates now, to keep the coffers filled, he still has some very shaky ideas that are not supported by the Bible.
I think getting rid of cash and implementing the CBDC is one of the major end time signs as well.
Yes in order to established the close monitoring and controlling of everyones finances by the Beast system, which the true believers n followers of Christ and tge Jews will be most affected in a negative way since by then the system will require IDs either a mark on the forehead or hand carrying the number of the beast system 666. And without those mark no one can buy or sell. Plus the time will come when an Image of the Beast is erected for everyone to bow and worhip it. Those two group of people will be persecuted. But rejoice, the death of the righteous have a refuge- JESUS CHRIST. Paul says; absent from the body present with the LORD. The souls of the righteous goes to heaven, paradise and awaits for the glorious redemption and Resurrection of their body in the last day, which is the Day of the Lord, The Day He Returns to earth together with the saints from heaven. The dead in Christ shall rise up and togther with those remaining alive will be caught up into the air to meet and greet the Lord and be with Him here on earth where He will take the reign of the Kingdom of this world from satan and rule and reign with righteousness and truth, BUT with the rod of Iron. Deceptions and evil will not get by anymore. Everyone will answer to the LORD OF LORDS, KING OF Kings and RIGHTEOUS JUDGE.
Satan will be locked up in the bottomless pit for a thousand years. No more trouble makers during the reign of Christ until after the 1000 years and of course only for a short period before satan is thrown into the lake of fire where the false prophet and beast are.
Sadly revelation also says and those whose name are not found in the book of Life or Lambs Book of Life will also be thrown into the lake of fire.
Chose life everyone.
Chose the Lord Jesus now, while its called Today, before your time is up on this earth and then decision time is over and too late.
Let's Face Him as our LORD and not a JUDGE on the day of Judgment. God's love, mercy and grace period is always available right up to the last second before Christ His Son returns. Please dont wait. Dont resist. Dont be ashame and be decieved. Dont be stubborn.

Joel mentions that he would absolutely love a “pre-Trib rapture”. But he just doesn’t believe that’s what the Bible teaches.

Agree - I think that is the correct understanding.
Isa 21:1 is a pronouncement against a place in the wilderness of the sea. This tallies with Rev 17 where John was taken into the wilderness and saw the great harlot/mystery Babylon. Later in v9 we see the same declaration as in Rev 18 : 2 “.......Babylon is fallen, is fallen! And all the carved images of her gods He has broken to the ground.”
In Isa 21, other areas include Dumah, Kedar, Tema. These are found in Saudi Arabia. In fact Isa 21 : 13 is a prophecy against Arabia.
If we compare Rev 18 :10 - Terrified at her torment, they will stand far off and cry: “‘Woe! Woe to you, great city, you mighty city of Babylon!
In one hour your doom has come!’
with :
1. Jer 50 :46 - At the sound of Babylon’s capture the earth will tremble; its cry will resound among the nations
2.Jer 49 : 20-21 - Therefore, hear what the Lord has planned against Edom, what he has purposed against those who live in Teman:
The young of the flock will be dragged away; their pasture will be appalled at their fate.
At the sound of their fall the earth will tremble; their cry will resound to the Red Sea.
These are different details of the same event, the fall of mystery Babylon. Not many cities/ regions can meet the criteria of in the wilderness by the sea. Jer 49 :20-21 is even more specific naming the Red Sea.
To me, the above are biblically supported clues as to where mystery Babylon lies.
Love your teachings brother. I would submit, in my humble opinion and conviction, that Babylon is definitley America. Revelation 18, and Jeremiah 51 fits us to the utmost. I would listen to the prophecy from Dumitru Duduman a Romanian preacher on CZcams about America being Babylon and our cities being like sodom and Gomorrah. And pray and ask the Holy Spirit more than anything. I believe the Holy Spirit is calling for the American church to repent in this season for the very reason that we are end times daughter of Babylon. Amen!

Mystery Babylon is NOT America. A woman in bible prophecy ALWAYS represent a church. Ppl miss the forest for the trees when they see the term "Mystery Babylon". The message God is clearly sending is that (1)this is a church system that is observing the traditions of the Mystery Babylon Religions as Christian (2) this system's HQ is in Rome (3) this system has worldwide political influence (4) this system has historically murdered God saints.

What is missing in this 'Mystery: Babylon' conversation is the spiritual element of cities and regions and the way ancient powers still work within powers and kingdoms etc. For example, bible scholars until recently say that the 5th kingdom in Daniel/ Nebuchadnezzar's statue ( the one that gets destroyed by the Rock- Jesus Christ) is a remnant of the spiritual Roman empire now reviving - if you change the geographical center of old Roman enter- Rome itself- to the east and north in Turkey or Russia- Contantinople or it' s spiritual counterpart- you could say that Islam runs popery, city of Rome, and Catholicism at large.It's not like the 2 ideaologies have ever been polar opposites-

Babylon is the colloquial term for whoever is a world power at any given time. Peter called Rome Babylon in 1st Peter 5 13. The attributes of an Empire are this: they are the ruling authority over the world both militarily and culturally. Simple as that. Note the movies about Christ. It's the Roman soldiers who act as police throughout Jerusalem/ Israel. Note Cleopatra's/ Egypt's relationship with the Roman Empire and Rome's authority over Europe during their reign. Rome, the same as Babylon in the time of Nebuchadnezzar, sat on many waters, peoples, nations, and tongues. The governing authority was, of course, the actual city of Rome as was the actual city of Babylon. Both Rome and Babylon reigned over the kings of the known Earth in their days. For Rome or actual Babylon to be the end times BABYLON, that would be no MYSTERY. Both have already held the title.

Thank you for bringing different view points. I mostly agree with Joel, but he like so many other who specialize in interpreting prophecy, take a view point as if that is the truth. When I hear these people I go back to how many of the “scholared” Pharisees completely missed the prophecy of the Messiah, Jesus of Bethlehem. I agree with you. Rome is a huge part of this, and I think according to the prophecy in Daniel that the last king (the antichrist) will have elements of Nero/Caesar but will be allowed to persecute Christians globally.

The Ottomans occupied the lands of the lion, bear and leopard, the exact lands that Daniel discussed and John detailed as comprising the fourth beast. The Romans occupied the city Babylon for a couple of months and they had no control over Persia. Whoever ends up being the beast, the must occupy and control the Islamic world while somehow conforming more to antichrist theology than what Islam already does in denying the Father, the Son, the incarnation, the crucifixion, and the resurrection. Agree that NEOM city seem to fit the bill. According to Isa 21 : 1, a hint is given to us on mystery Babylon - The burden against the Wilderness of the Sea. As whirlwinds in the South pass through, So it comes from the desert, from a terrible land. This is a pronouncement against a place in the wilderness of the sea. This tallies with Rev 17 where John was taken into the wilderness and saw the great harlot/mystery Babylon.
Further down in the passage in v9, it documents the fall of Babylon. “Babylon is fallen, is fallen! And all the carved images of her gods He has broken to the ground.”. This is the same as in Rev 18 : 2. So, the place in the wilderness described in Isa 21 : 1 is revealed as Babylon in v9.
In Isa 21, other areas with a declaration against them include Dumah, Kedar, Tema. These are found in Saudi Arabia. In fact, Isa 21 : 13 is a prophecy against Arabia. I believe it will include NEOM city which is currently being built. Interestingly, there are 7 sections - The Line, Trojena, Oxagon Leyja, Epicon, Siranna and Sindalah. It is literally being built in the wilderness/desert by the sea. ( meets the criteria of Isa 21 :1)
As a further proof, when we compare Rev 18 :10 - standing at a distance for fear of her torment, saying, ‘Alas, alas, that great city Babylon, that mighty city! For in one hour your judgment has come.’ with :
1. Jer 50 :46 - At the sound of Babylon’s capture the earth will tremble; its cry will resound among the nations
2.Jer 49 : 20-21 -Therefore, hear what the Lord has planned against Edom,what he has purposed against those who live in Teman: The young of the flock will be dragged away; their pasture will be appalled at their fate. At the sound of their fall the earth will tremble; their cry will resound to the Red Sea.
We can see that these are different details of the same event - the fall of mystery Babylon. Not many cities/ regions can meet the criteria of " in the wilderness by the sea".
Jer 49 :20-21 is even more specific naming the Red Sea. If you map out NEOM/Tema/Dumah/Kedar & the Red Sea. It will give us an inkling of where mystery Babylon lies. This is my understanding and God bless.

There are 2 entities mentioned here :
1.The mystery woman which is Babylon
2. The beast on carrying the woman. v7 states further that the beast has 7 heads and 10 horns. We need not guess what the symbols mean bec v 9-11/12-13 tells us that.
The 7 hills/mountains(depending on translation used) are 7 kings ( inference Is that there are 7 kingdoms with 7 kings). Out of which 5 of the kingdoms have fallen
(Assyria, Egypt, Babylon, Medo-Persia, Greece). The "one is" at the time of John's writing is Roman. The 7th that has not yet come being the Islamic Caliphate which took over the Eastern arm of the Roman Empire and converted Constantinople to Istanbul. The beast, the A/C is the 8th which comes out of the earlier 7 kingdoms.
The 10 horns also refer to kings (v12). These are the nations that will be associated with the A/C.
12 “The ten horns which you saw are ten kings who have received no kingdom as yet, but they receive authority for one hour as kings with the beast. 13 These are of one mind, and they will give their power and authority to the beast.
So, the verse Rev 17: 9 that is commonly used to explain that Vatican is mystery Babylon in fact is not even about it. The hills/mountains has no connection to the location of mystery Babylon. The hills/mountains actually refer to kings/kingdoms. But it is OK that you hold a different perspective. We will know when things unfold. God Bless.

For Rome or actual Babylon to be Mystery Babylon, that would be no mystery. Actual Babylon and Rome (Peter calls Rome Babylon in 1st Peter 5 13) have both carried the title. The Bible colloquially calls any world power/ empire as Babylon. Mystery Babylon is, of course, the 'end times' empire/ power/ nation.
Those prophecies are to be fulfilled during the period Christ referred to in Luk. 21 as "the times of the Gentiles". By the time that prophecy is fulfilled, the only existing superpowers will be the Holy Roman Empire and the Asian power bloc that God uses to permanently destroy it. The target of this prophecy is the Holy Roman Empire, hence Isa. 23 saying the oracle is against "Tyre". Tyre was anciently the commercial center of Babylon. It's clearly not the U.S..

Hello Vlad. I felt the need to put this idea on the stage: as much as Roman Catholicism seems to have a lot in common with christianity, it is by no means true. I'm Mexican, brought up in the Catholic Church, so I can tell you first hand that the worship of virgin Mary and the saints is more important than Christ himself. I don't doubt there may be a handful of real Christians, but the system itself make it difficult for people to access God through repentance and belief in Jesus Christ's sacrifice and resurrection. I've found that many Americans think that there are only a few doctrinal differences between Catholics and Christians, but maybe that has to do with the way Roman Catholicism desguises itself to suit the culture. It is true that their idolatry is less visible in the US, but come to Mexico, you'll find all manner of idolatrous worship that is different depending on the area you are in. For starters, there are many different virgins deemed to be the same virgin Mary (Virgen de Guadalupe, Virgen de San Juan de los Lagos, Virgen de la Candelaria, Virgen del Rosario de Talpa, etc.), but of course people "visit" the different virgins. The same with saints. Won't take the time to unfold this for our brethren in CZcams, but I will paste here the words Christ himself left to be recorded in the New Testament: John 7:24 "Judge not according to the appearance, but judge righteous judgment.". I put this on the table out of love for my neighbor, as it can mean the ultimate destruction for a lot of people who are deceived.

I was baptized in the Bible Presbyterian church, but am now converting to Eastern Orthodox Christianity. I want to say that this idea of an Antichrist coming from the Middle East and especially Islam is something that bucks the trend of the modern Reformed denominations and churches, but it is actually an idea that has a very early medieval origin. When Islam rose during the 6th to 10th centuries, and even after in the late medieval period, many Eastern (now Orthodox) churches actually conceived of the times as imminent endtimes ripe for the Second Coming because of the fall of originally Christian states (Coptic Egypt, Syriac Damascus and Antioch, and a large part of North Africa) to the Islamic empire. Think, a number of Syriac (Syro-Aramaic) apocalypses --apocalyptic writings accounting for the possibility of an Islamic antichrist-- emerged in the 7th century. I wouldn't be surprised if the modern events of our times are confirmed by the coming of an Islamic Antichrist, considering the aggression with which Islam is now growing and persecuting the rest of the world.
May I ask why? I made the opposite conversion and am curious as to your reasoning.

He didn’t partake of the destruction. Neither did Lot, since fire and brimstone rained down after he left the areas that were impacted. If they went through the wrath, they surely would have been killed. Likewise, the Tribulation cannot begin and the Antichrist cannot be revealed until after the Church is removed (raptured) from the earth. Jesus commands us to watch and be ready at all times for His return!

There are only two countries which meet this criteria and the Eagle has been in the desert quite often if you watch the news. She sends her perversions throughout the world, corrupting other nations. And yes, a city falls within a country (kingdom).

It could possibly include Mecca. There is this passage in Isa 21 : 1 that gives a hint of where mystery Babylon is - The burden against the Wilderness of the Sea. As whirlwinds in the South pass through, So it comes from the desert, from a terrible land. This is a pronouncement against a place in the wilderness of the sea. This tallies with Rev 17 where John was taken into the wilderness and saw the great harlot/mystery Babylon.
Further down in the passage in v9, it documents the fall of Babylon. “Babylon is fallen, is fallen! And all the carved images of her gods He has broken to the ground.”. This is the same as in Rev 18 : 2. So, the place in the wilderness of the sea described in Isa 21 : 1 is revealed as Babylon in v9.
In Isa 21, other areas with a declaration against them include Dumah, Kedar, Tema. These are found in Saudi Arabia. In fact, Isa 21 : 13 is a prophecy against Arabia. I believe it will include NEOM city which is currently being built that fits the bill. Interestingly, there are 7 sections - The Line, Trojena, Oxagon Leyja, Epicon, Siranna and Sindalah. Oxagon is envisioned as a Next-Gen port with an integrated supply chain. NEOM is iterally being built in the wilderness/desert by the sea. ( meets the criteria in Isa 21 :1 )
As a further proof, when we compare Rev 18 :10 - standing at a distance for fear of her torment, saying, ‘Alas, alas, that great city Babylon, that mighty city! For in one hour your judgment has come.’ with :
1. Jer 50 :46 - At the sound of Babylon’s capture the earth will tremble; its cry will resound among the nations
2.Jer 49 : 20-21 -Therefore, hear what the Lord has planned against Edom,what he has purposed against those who live in Teman: The young of the flock will be dragged away; their pasture will be appalled at their fate. At the sound of their fall the earth will tremble; their cry will resound to the Red Sea.
We will see that the verses are different details of the same event - the fall of mystery Babylon. Not many cities/ regions can meet the criteria of " in the wilderness by the sea".
Jer 49 :20-21 is even more specific with the Red Sea named. If we map out NEOM city/Tema/Dumah/Kedar & the Red Sea, it will give us a rough indication of where mystery Babylon lies. This is my understanding and God bless

The little horn hasn't risen yet, the little horn is antichrist. The ten kings are beginning to rise, creating the tools the antichrist will need during the last 3 1/2 years of the tribulation. When he rises, three kings (humans) will be weakened, their power removed or restrained. The antichrist will be human, as will the ten kings. The horns represent ten kings, not ten kingdoms.
