5 stars to all these skilled workers who put out decent equipment using the most basic tools and being in the most rudimentary work environment.
Respect and blessings to you all l!!!.

I dont know, took buddy a while to realize he didn't clamp down the furthest end of the lathe clamp 1:21

Precision at its best. Life time balacing! Guaranteed!
LMAO
I imagine these wheels will be used on the subcontinent. They might be used on roads that aren't great or used at high speed. So perfect balancing is possibly not that important.
I especially love when he let the metal smash into his lathe bit dulling it completely. Gave me chills 🤣
I give these metal workers 5 big stars for innovation, hard work and pride in what they do. I've never seen how a wheel was made before. Thank you for showing us how it's done.
You should wish that wheels never made like this or atleast not such wheels installed over your car !!!
Manufacturing standards are close to nothing and same with safety
👍
Are you serious? This is how you did it 100 years ago.
No, sorry. We had higher quality standards 100 years ago.
@@gooblio 100 years ago Ford automobile Model T definitely had rally wheels with steel belted radial tires and 100% not 36inch diameter ash hardwood spoke wheels with a metal band that the tire was beadset to with an innertube.

8:02 LOL, in case there is a sharp edge I will certainly feel it 😂
Haha 😂
Wow! Amazing! We are so spoiled here with all the computer controlled mass production machinery. These guys do it all without all that computerized crap. 👍
Thanks 😊😊
Just interested to know how you are sure that these wheels are truly accurate?
What rubbish those wheels are shit
For slower speeds, these wheels might well *be* “good enough.”
So I would like to suggest that idea instead of complaining about your work conditions which I know are not that great and your tools are the best that you can have. When the man was putting the center part of the wheel on the lathe he was having a hard time centering it. He kept on having to hit it with a hammer. What I would like to suggest that you do is make a cone so thick metal at the back which is the same diameter as the hole in the rim and then have it go a little narrow to the front have the hole in the middle of this cone be the same diameter as the shaft that is on the lathe. Slide the Conan against the back then slide the center of the Hub against the cone which will automatically Center it then screw the screw on with washers to push up against the front of the cone and you can have it all done in one action. I don't speak Pakistani and I don't know if you understand this but it really would get rid of the problems of trying to Center the wheel all the time
Never run a lathe have ya? What you're suggesting works fine for retention pressures needed on a tire spin balancer, but in order to put enough force on it as you describe to keep it from spinning while being turned with a tool would most likely cause deformation of the hole. Material spinning in/on a chuck is a BAD thing... and expensive...
Try running some of the equipment some time, you'll get it....
@@shuntawolf tha cone wood center tha wheel on tha lathe. He's banigin around on it with a hammer like some moron and tryin ta eye it. You cain't center something precisely by eyein it.
@@hillbillybeerdranker6678 Apparently you can't spell correctly without an education either as you've so graciously pointed out. You'd be amazed what someone can do with enough skill and talent. Just because you lack the ability to do something doesn't mean others also lack it.
You also show your lack of lathe operating ability and how things work. Anything from the dimensions of the center hole to the center hole of the chuck to the ability so secure the part in the chuck while trying to use your "cone" are all parts of this equation. That's to say nothing of how many of us have hundreds of dollars worth of analog and digital indicators and STILL bang on the parts to center them in the chucks. When you're good enough by eye to pick a point on the lathe to watch and you can rotate the part around you learn how and where to hit it to get it most of the time within thousands of where it needs to be. Then it's a matter of what are the tolerances of the part, does it matter if it's just a few thousandths off to begin with as you'll be machining it correctly to the axial center of the machine anyway...
Did I type this too fast or use too many big words for y'all to understand all this or????

Balancing for what? there are no roads that need balanced tires and rims. lol
I think they don't need a well balance wheels . Because they use it for rough roads only.. not for highspeed roads
