Thanks so much for watching videos to this channel well these gulf countries differ in requirements for security jobs and apparently Qatar you don't need requirements like experience and education to determine your salary
So in Qatar for 8 hrs you get 1300 with no food if food is given you get 1000 Qatari rials
But if you work for 12 hrs with no day off is btn 1900-2000Qatar rials
For Dubai and Abu Dhabi start up 1500 but remember you must have Sira or psbd security license to work and a license will and also years of experience mean more to UpTo 2750 dirhams
For Oman the start up is 210 Oman rials but remember Oman salary also increase due number of years , experience and education

You donot need NOC to change job
You only need to get job offer letter from new company then you can resign from old company but you will also notify adlsa by submitting your copy of resign letter and QatarLabou contract
