Thanks for the feedback. Totally agree about the Hp filter. I do use one, but probably need to raise it a littler higher on many of my mixes. I cringe sometimes when I go back and listen to some of the stuff I've uploaded on CZcams. Especially, when listening on good speakers or headphones. One of the dangers of mixing myself is, I'm used to hearing and feeling that bottom end of my guitar while I'm actually playing, and thus I tend to leave too much in there during mix down. With that said, I'm still learning a lot about recording and mixing, which is both a science and an art.
I struggle with the same thing, have to look at were my hand is and sing at the same time, not a problem really jus that my vocal sound moves slightly from the mic. Hate that feel.
It's a Martin acoustic/electric model 000C-1E. I bought it back around 1997/98. I don't think they make it anymore, but I would consider it a mid-priced Martin guitar in the $1K to $1.5K range
Love your gentle voice. Thanks for this.
California girl, guitar rocked. loved that start.
Just enjoy the sound. Thanks for the songs. Hp filter on that guitar would be good, just rolling off some of that low end.

I would love to hear the actual audio files and hear how much bleed is coming in though.
There actually was very little bleed in both mics. You'll always get a tiny bit, but overall, the figure 8 pattern does work as advertised.
